Elegant apartment immersed in the Fori Imperiali

The apartment is in a historical building of the 16th century. t is composed by a living room with a a complete kitchen and a double sofa bed, one bedroom with a queen sized bed, a small room with a computer, an internal space with a large closet, and an elegant bathroom with a large shower. The view is over an elegant courtyard. The size of the apartment is about 50 square metres. The price includes: internet wi-fi, local telephone calls, water, gas and electricity consumption, linen, towels and final cleaning. Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is perfect for two adults, with possibility for two children due to the avaibility of a confortable sofa-bed..

Perfect location, central to Imperial Forum and Colosseum. Everything you need within walking distance. King size bed, soft but fine for us. Air conditioning would have struggled to cool effectively if it had been any hotter.Quiet apartment, well stocked. Hosts responsive and helpful.

Location Location

We only had three days in Rome and this location helped use do everything and more. Valentino was super helpful, giving us tips on where to eat, close by vistas, and even finding a printer! Apartment was clean and well supplied.

Perfect location of cute apartment

Host Valentino was wonderful – very responsive and super helpful in every way! This place is in the perfect location for seeing all the ancient monuments of Rome, could not be more central, in fact! Apartment is in a quiet street inside a 17th-century building that is full of character. The forum of Augustus is a few steps down the hill. Great experience all around!

Rome visit

The property is very well maintained and is in an excellent location for exploring the old city. The owner meet us on checkin and was extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

This place is great. The location so near the Coloseum and Forum is very walkable. There are stores and eateries close by in the local piazza.

Wonderful Rome Location

Great location

This was a great property. Located just minutes away from many of the main attractions. But the location was nice and quiet and felt more residential. Check in and check out was easy. We had a wonderful stay.

This is the way to do Roma!

Well situated apartment within walking distance to the Colosseo, Palatine Hill, Foro Romano and so much more. A history lover's dream. Valentino is an excellent host, even to the point of helping us bring our luggage in. Explains things well, with a follow up to make sure things were right. Gave good suggestions for restaurants. All in all, and very good stay.Bear in mind that you need to be able to climb stairs!

Perfect in every way

My husband and I spent four fantastic nights in this perfect apartment…filled with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You can’t ask for a better location to walk to the majority of the landmarks, excellent restaurants and shopping. Awesome Rome experience

Awesome location, walking distance to just about anything we wanted to see!! The views were amazing and the choices of restaurants were incredible. We rented a Vespa to get to Vatican City. All the tours and guides were amazing. The memories we made will never be forgotten!!

Perfect Rome getaway

A few short blocks to coliseum and metro to take you anywhere you want to go. Host helped with everything including early check in when our flight arrived very early in the morning. House has all amenities needed for a fantastic stay.

Heart of Roma

This was the perfect place for our short visit to Rome. Quiet cobblestone street. Literally one block from ruins and 2 blocks from views of the colleseum. Master bed and the sofa bed were comforable!

Home Away from Home in a Great Location

The property was clean, well-appointed, and located in a quiet residential area with easy access to main attractions including a short walk to the Colosseum and Piazza Venezia. Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon a little further but still walkable. Plenty of great restaurants and small grocery stores nearby. Valentino is a very attentive & accommodating host and responds very quickly. The only note is you do not control the temperature in the apartment...the building is centrally controlled. It worked fine for our stay but mid summer might get interesting (Valentino does have a fan available). We would stay here again and recommend it!!
