Convenient and comfortable location!

This was a great stay! There were restaurants within walking distance for the evenings, the Colosseum was a short walk, and there is a great spot downstairs for morning cafe and lunch. Thank you!

A wonderful apartment with a practical layout for families, couples, etc. The hosts were so helpful and responsive. HIGHLY recommend for your stay in Rome. Would be great for a stay of any length.

We actually stayed at a different location due to a last minute cancellation, and it was great! Very close to the collosseum! And the recommendation for restaurants was perfect, we really got the full Italian experience in this area thanks to Carla. And allowing us to stay at the other location to help accommodate our group better really showed that she wanted us to have the best stay possible

Loved the apartment, Clara was great to work with and very great. However, VRBO is another story.

Great place to stay and very clean. Clara is wonderful. Nothing bad to say about her and the property!! But VRBO still has not refunded our deposit and we just get the run around every time we call to get it resolved. The company tells us to keep checking our email but nothing has come through and each time we call in they tell us there is no evidence of our previous calls. This is making we think again about renting from them in the future. It does not bode well with us. I hope they can get this resolved quickly!!

A Warm Welcome and Rest!

Carla and her sweet family was there to check us in on Christmas Day with a smile. Her driver was excellent and made a stop at the grocery to pick up a few small items which was a lifesaver as it was Christmas Day in the late evening. The beds and linens were very clean and nice. The location was very close to everything we wanted to see but just tucked away to not be too loud. Take time to listen to the explanation how to use the stovetop and door key. It might be helpful to have directions written for guests as well who didn't hear it upon check-in. The key did get stuck and caused some of our family to wait for a repair. It was swift and Carla was very responsive. That said, it was a perfect place with more than enough space for 6 people to have privacy. 3 bathrooms was VERY helpful! I have some photos to share and just need to upload them. Make a note of the bus stop when you arrive. It was so easy to walk to the site closely and take the bus 4 stops to Tevi Fountain etc. Excellent stay!

El piso está reformado y es muy bonito pero lo peor ha sido la limpieza (muchas pelusas y duchas no muy limpias), a pesar de que vimos al chico de la limpieza al entrar al piso. También hacía mucho frio y la calefacción no se ponía en marcha. En cuanto a la ubicación está muy bien aunque un poco alejado de la parada de metro. Los caseros muy amables. Lo recomendaríamos si se solucionase el tema de la limpieza y la calefacción.

Nice place with a good location

Overall lovely stay with helpful staff. Beds were comfortable. The only issue was that the air conditioning did not work. Simona showed us how to set it and it did not work. She came back to show us again. We did it correctly and it still did not work. We contacted Carla, the host, to help us reset it and did not get a response. Luckily it was cool enough. However for a place that says it has working air conditioning, it did not and the host did not properly respond. Would stay again although not in the summer.
