Great location, helpful stuff. To get clean towels you need to pay extra, other then that everything was good.

Cold showers

Place was ok. Did the job. Last 2 days hot water went out. We’ve taken cold showers but the water in Rome is very cold. I communicated with them and tried everything they suggested. They stopped messaging and after a hot day walking the city we returned to continued cold water. They finally messaged back and said, “I’ll pass it on to my colleague. ” No response after that. My wife and kids and took extremely cold showers.

Location is wonderful but the apartment is not that fancy as showed on the photos. It’s normally like that but ... washrooms we’re added in bad quality renovation, kitchen as not many applies, towel a decent broom....and is a mess of electrical plugs. Again a very bad quality renovation. The staff of the company renting was fantastic in helping us to solve a family last minute situation.
