Nicely decorated with antique and contemporary art and furniture, suitable for 3 or 4 persons, third floor (with elevator) of a charming 1928 small luxury building, surrounded by trees and gardens, in one of Rome's best neighborhoods. It has one small room with a twin size bed, a master bedroom with a king size bed, a lovely living room with dining area, separated kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

Amenities include air con, heating, smart HD TV, DVD,, iron and board, dishwasher, washer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, wifi high speed internet connection. Kitchen is fully equipped. Linens and towels are provided.

The area is world famous for its ancient village-like streets and it is full of traditional restaurants, bars and pubs. It is itself one of the city attractions.

The apartment is at walking distance from all the most popular sites and it is very well serviced by public transportation. Within a five minutes walk you will find 4 supermarkets, many food stores, a big wine shop, an organic food store and an open air market. The exact location is via Filippo Casini.

This apartment is in a super nice neighborhood, a couple of blocks off the main road. In spite of the central location, we had no street noise at all. There is a lovely green space at the back of the building. It’s not for guest use, but the view out the windows is a big plus for the treetop feel. The rooms are filled with light, and and the bedrooms are separated for privacy.We were a little short on wall outlets, and regulations meant that the bedrooms were quite cold, especially at night. There was one space heater which was nice for the living area but I didn’t see anywhere in the small bedroom to plug it in. The bathroom is very small but manageable. There is an inconveniently placed step down next to the vanity, and we stumbled a few times :)We didn’t cook at all, but I did enjoy fresh coffee with a nice view. It seemed like you would have everything you needed to cook if you wanted to.The washing machine came in handy, and there was a nice large drying rack to use.

The apartment is clean, light and bright, with comfy bedrooms and a lovely living room. It was very well suited for our group of three adults, but would work well for families with kids too. The washing machine and dishwasher were easy to use and the kitchen gad everything we needed. The building has a lift, for when you have been walking your feet to shreds in Rome. The location works well for wandering around Trastevere and for public transport. Our host was very helpful, attentive and flexible.

We had the pleasure of staying for four days in this lovely apartment in Trastevere. Everything was impeccably clean, comfortable, and welcoming! One of our hosts ( Livio) met us at the building at a mutually agreeable time, provided us with the requested set of two house keys, and gave us lots of information about the building, as well as tips for local food shopping (very walkable), restaurants (so many!), and transportation. A wonderful local spot for morning coffee and pastry (and later on meals and drinks) is Bar Glorioso bistrot, which is three minutes from the apartment. The owner/barista is a maestro, and the neighborhood crowd is very convivial, even at 7:00 a.m.The apartment kitchen is vintage, but functional, and the bathroom is petite and nicely updated, except for the reliance on some pretty noisy, old fashioned plumbing. Pressing 3X made everything disappear like magic!Very importantly, we were only a few blocks walk to an important tram line (Trastevere 8), which got us to Campo Fiori and Piazza Venezia. To get to the Vatican Museums, we splurged on a taxi, which was surprisingly affordable!As many other guests have noted, the apartment is in a lively and popular quarter of the city, with lots going on; yet it is an oasis of calm, surrounded by greenery and lovely plantings.I would return in a heartbeat!

Great apartment in the perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is lovely, in a quiet part of Trastevere. There were many really good restaurants and bars nearby. Trastevere is quite lively and has an amazing food scene. We could easily walk to the historic center, but public transportation is also available. Paolo was incredibly nice and helpful. The check in process was very smooth and Paolo was very responsive to my messages. I would definitely stay here again. It's a great base from which to explore Rome.

Schöne ruhige Unterkunft in Trastevere -fernab vom Trubel

Da wir Rom schon häufig besucht haben, wussten wir, wie wichtig es ist, eine Wohnung in der Stadt zu haben, die aber selbst in einem ruhigen Gebiet liegt. So konnten wir den Aufenthalt in Rom geniessen, trotz vielen Besuchern und Hitzewelle. Das zentrale grosszügige Wohnzimmer mit Steinfussboden (mit Klimaanlage..) ist ein schöner Aufenthaltsort, wenn man sich ein bisschen erholen möchte. Das Badezimmer ist zwar relativ eng, aber ausreichend. Von der Wohnung aus ist man in 15 Minuten im Zentrum von Trastevere, in knapp 10 min an der Strassenbahnhaltestelle, von wo aus man schnell ins Zentrum von Rom (Navona, Pantheon, Kollosseum, Petersdom etc.) kommt. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung in der "Ewigen Stadt"

Wonderful Place in Trastevere

This apartment was beautiful, peaceful, and convenient to shopping and dining. We are thankful that we discovered this part of Rome. I would love to stay here for about a month! Paolo was extremely helpful in making arrangements to return to the airport when we left. Note: It is a bit of a walk to get to old Rome; however, once you figure out the tram system, there is no problem.

Nice week in Trastevere

My wife and I stayed in the apartment for five days. We really enjoyed being able to walk into the heart of Rome and yet be close to traditional Italian dining venues that are not part of the typical tourist experience. There was public transit nearby, but we never needed it. The apartment is nice, although traditional. The shower is a bit small, but there is plenty of warm water. Press and hold the button for five seconds for a successful toilet flush, somewhat different than we were used to. The apartment was clean and quiet (except for the birds outside at sunrise). Our host was very accommodating with our travel schedule. Hoping to return for another visit in the future.

Great Stay in a Great Location!

We had a one week stay at this property in April 2025. It was as described in the listing. It was just the right size for 2 people. and in the perfect location for us. We could walk to the market and to many great restaurants, and in about 20 minutes be on the other side of the river in Campo di Fiori. We also were able to get a fast response for taxi service when we did something spur of the moment that was a much farther distance.Paolo was very helpful and responsive.We recommend this property to anyone looking for a stay in this part of Rome!

Perfect apartment in Rome!

My daughters and I had the most beautiful visit to Rome, and highly recommend this apartment. Close to buses that go to the central historic area, easy walking to restaurants, cafes, gelato, and shopping. Very quiet location, beautiful garden views, and fully equipped with everything you could need. Paolo was a very welcoming host who left us on our own, but was available if needed. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Rome!

Classic older style apartment in a lovely quiet location

Just a few minutes walk from the charming Trastevere neighbourhood, with high ceilings and lovely cool terrazzo stone floors, this reminded me of the apartment my Nonna used to live in. This has all mod cons like a/c, smart TV and an Alexa speaker. We visited in winter and the central heating was warm. The kitchen was older style, well set up with dishwasher, washing machine and a marble-topped table perfect if you feel like making pasta. The bathroom is older style and for a larger person might be a bit cramped.

We spent almost a month in this property and were sad to leave. Paulo (our host) was fantastic in making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location can not be beat for access to Rome. We would walk down the street every morning and have a bite and espresso at Bar Glorioso (we felt like family). I can’t recommend this apartment high enough.

We have a most enjoyable stay in Rome, Paolo's apartment was very pleasant, the shower room is a bit compact, but we were fine with that. First Time in Rome

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious apartment on a quiet street in Trastevere. The location is perfect to explore the neighbourhood and city on foot. We found a cafe down the street for morning coffee, fruit market, bakery, great food, shopping and gelato close by. Perfect location

This small apartment is in the perfect location to walk everywhere in Rome. Restaurants and cafes abound, and it was a short walk to the bus stop to get the Termini. The bed was very comfortable, and the hosts were very friendly and helpful.
