Located on the fourth floor of the building, with easy access via an elevator, the apartment is designed to accommodate up to 5 guests.

Set on a private street, it provides a quiet and restful environment, ensuring an unforgettable stay in Rome.

The bathroom features a luxurious hydromassage shower with chromotherapy and an integrated sound system, offering a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The master bedroom has a balcony for moments of outdoor relaxation, while the single room offers a walk-in closet and a study/work area. In the living room, a comfortable double sofa bed is available for additional guests.

With modern design and welcoming brightness, the apartment is ideal for both short stays and extended periods. It is equipped with all comforts, including a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and, upon request, a washer and dryer. Thanks to excellent thermal insulation, the space remains warm in winter and cool in summer, ensuring maximum comfort in every season.

The apartment has a shared external condominium parking lot, though it should be noted that this is available only on a first-come, first-served basis. It is important to mention that the parking is shared with other residents and therefore cannot be considered private.
