The newly renovated apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a living corner with a fully equipped kitchen and a table.

    The apartment has 2 bathrooms with shower. Finely furnished with double exposure that creates an airy and prestigious environment. Wifi and AC in all rooms.

The location was good close to Metro and walking distance to the vatican. Alot of places to eat nearby as well and lots of shopping. The place was very clean and comfortable space for our family of 5. We really enjoyed our stay in Rome and at Casa Novecento. Grazie mille!

When we booked the property, it was listed as a 3 bedroom, with a grill, massages available and a fitness room. None of it was true. There is one true good bedroom. Another room with a semi transparent door. The light in the room needs to be off for the people on the sofa sleeper in the living room to sleep. The hosts were not helpful, they blamed VRBO and refused to do anything. VRBO did help out. The one true thing about the location was that it was great, near lots of great things to see.

Superb Location

Great Area, close to the Vatican, and very walkable to other historic locations in Roma. Unit was very comfortable, safe and secure, and at a great location with plenty of shopping and restaurants.

The apartment was great and the hosts were very helpful. There was some initial confusion about the cancellation rules and when the cleaning fee would be paid, but that confusion was cleared up, and the hosts were quite responsive in general. A minor point--the listing did say that there was a dryer, but there was not. Everything else was as expected, and the appliances in the kitchen worked well. The apartment was not too loud, and it was pretty close to a market and not too far from the metro. Seemed to be a better value than staying right by Piazza Novona. We were lucky and were able to check in early. We would stay here again!

Great property and great location

Loved this property. Very clean, safe and comfortable, and very close to the Vatican and a metro stop. We were able to walk to many places and we used the metro to get to all the major sites that were further away. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping within short walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Great space for our party of 5 in an incredibly convenient location. Very clean and comfortable. Great communication by the management team. We had one misunderstanding on my side that was taken care of quickly and efficiently by the team. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious apartment with quick elevator. Quiet area, but still central to Vatican use and ease of metro not too far away. Ample hot water. Stores and restaurants around too!

Great location

Enjoyed this great apartment close to the vatican. Everything you need is a short walk...grocery, dinner, pharmacy, gelato. Short walk to the metro. Location has an elevator, and was really quiet. Had a great time. It was perfect.

Charming apartment in Prati

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is charming and comfortable. The BEST beginning!

This apartment served as an excellent location to lodge 5 family guests as we began our week long tour of Italy. Communication and check in was prompt & clear and the location with an elevator for an elderly family member helped greatly. We enjoyed the design of "old and new" and cleanliness of the apartment. Would highly recommend this as an option when visiting Rome.

Amazing location and communication.

We just returned back from our trip to Rome. We stayed here for 3 nights. It was perfect. We met with the property manager that gave us a quick tour and gave us keys. The beds were ready - lots of towels and it was a lovely comfortable stop. The location was ideal - near restaurants and stores. We walked into town and often took a cab or uber back home. We would stay here again. And happy to pass on a recommendation to our friends.

Roomy Apartment for Four

Location is great, easily accesible to metro and various bus options and wothin walking distance to several restaurants, the Vatican and St. Peter's Square. Host was very helpful and set up a transport from the airport. Communication was quick and efficient. The apartment itself is really nice and roomy, and 2 bathrooms are an extra convenience.

Beautiful Tome

This apartment was amazing! So close to the taxi stand, train station, and bus. Location was Perfect! Apartment was so clean and spacious. There was three adults and we never felt there was not enough room. They had everything in the kitchen you needed for a good breakfast to start the day. Bathrooms were very clean and spacious. Mattresses Were all extremely comfortable. Towels were fluffy and nice. Neighborhood was very safe with lots of convenient shopping around. I would 100% stay here again on my next visit to Rome! Thank you for the hospitality!

Wonderful apartment!

This was an excellent stay for us! Rome was the last stop on our trip and it was the nicest apartment we stayed in. Just a few minute walk to the Vatican and a 10 minute walk to the subway. The gentleman who met us for check-in was very accommodating. We were nearly an hour late because our train was delayed, but we communicated as we traveled and he was very understanding and patient. After we were checked into the apartment, he made suggestions for food and told us which subway lines to take to get to the Colosseum, etc. The apartment itself was clean and spacious, a good location and the elevator was definitely a bonus. We would definitely stay there again!
