    "Casa Federico", in a quiet area near the center and in a small residential village, is a small apartment with all the comforts you are looking for.
    A bathroom, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a nice yard where you can relax and enjoy the romantic summer wind.
    It has a TV, wi-fi connection, air conditioning, washing machine and, on request, there is the possibility to host a third guest.
    "Subway stops", "metro A" at ten minute walking distance or with bus no. 49 that stops at 100 m from the apartment and in 15 minutes

Simply amazing

From the moment we booked this gem it made our trip so much better. Roberto was always attentive and asking if everything was good throughout our visit in Rome. He had a map for us detailed with all of the necessities with bus stops and metro stops. While there if we had a questioned we received a detailed answer and he followed up as well. He is an amazing host and his place was exactly as described. We enjoyed a family dinner on the beautiful terrace as well. Definitely a must stay place when in Rome! Grazie Roberto!!

Lovely stay at Casa Federico

My girlfriend and I had a lovely 7 nights stay at Casa Federico. The apartment is clean, warm and comfortable. The host, Roberto, was very friendly and helpful. He provided all the information we needed. Also he greeted as with a champagne for our New Year's Eve. The location is not perfect. If you want to use the metro only, then you need to be prepared to walk uphill at least 12 minutes. You can take a bus to go up, but in the evening we had to wait a lot for those buses, so we rather walked. Overall, I would recommend everyone to stay at Casa Federico and enjoy the beauty of the city of Rome.

Die Unterkunft hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen und wir können sie nur weiterempfehlen. Wir fanden die Wohnung in einem sehr sauberen und gepflegten Zustand vor und die Betten waren bequem. Die Küche war ausreichend gut ausgestattet und alles war wirklich geräumig. Auch die große Terrasse war zum Wäschetrocknen praktisch und wäre bestimmt ein schöner Ort zum Verweilen gewesen, wären wir bei wärmerem Wetter da gewesen. Es funktionierte alles und die ruhige Lage im Innenhof eines Gebäudekomplexes hat uns gut gefallen. Der Gastgeber kommunizierte mit uns den Check-In kurz vor unserer Ankunft, welcher sich als sehr unkompliziert und praktisch herausstellte. Der Gastgeber selbst war gut zu erreichen, war sehr herzlich und bereitete uns auch ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk vor. Die Lage war für uns ebenfalls gut: Das Viertel fühlte sich sicher an und war über einen Bus sehr gut an das Stadtzentrum angebunden. Auch die Metro hält in der Nähe, zu der wir ab und an gelaufen sind. Der Weg dorthin war sehr machbar, kann aber aufgrund der teils schlecht ausgebauten Bürgersteige ziemlich mühsam mit großen Koffern sein. Dies wäre also der einzige Punkt, den man bei der Buchung beachten sollte. Ein großer Supermarkt ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Generell war es eine ideale Unterkunft für uns während unseres Rom-Aufenthalts und gerade für den sehr fairen Preis war sie unschlagbar.

Superbe ville mais temps très chaud en aout

Manque quelques petits équipements (cafetière familiale, casseroles, ventilateur même s'il y a la climatisation, et il n'y a pas de sèche linge contrairement à ce qui est indiqué). Prévoir déplacement en bus (24mn) puis bus ou métro obligatoire car le logement est situé à 52mn de marche du Vatican et 1h46 à pied du colisée (45mn en bus). le quartier est sur et il y a de nombreux commerces à proximité du logement. La communication avec Roberto est excellente. rapport qualité prix correcte.

Das "Casa Frederico" ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Die Terasse ist ein Traum mit Morgensonne. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auf kurzem Wege zu erreichen. Die U-Bahn ist 900 m entfernt. Auch noch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auf Jedenfall zu empfehlen. Und der Gastgeber Roberto ist super!!!!
