CHARMING STUDIO - HOME AND MORE
Spacious loft on the first floor of a residential complex, in the historic center of Rome, in the historic Rione Celio.
The apartment consists of living room with dining area and kitchenette, sleeping area with double bed and bathroom. The rooms, equipped with air conditioning hot/ cold, smart tv and wi-fi, are designed to comfortably accommodate up to two guests. The kitchenette is equipped with utensils, dishes and appliances: stove and refrigerator. Provided to our guests we provide kettle and coffee machine with pods.
In the apartment there is a washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, towels and toiletries.
THE AREA
The apartment is located in Rione Celio, a few meters from the Colosseum and the archaeological area of the Roman Forum. The neighborhood, full of restaurants and clubs, is a strategic starting point for a stay in the Eternal City: here are the main Roman archaeological remains and important churches, such as the Basilica of San Clemente. Nearby are the Park of Colle Oppio, which preserves the remains of the Domus Aurea neroniana and the park of Villa Celimontana. An excellent solution in an area full of services in the center of Rome, ideal for a pleasant stay.

Perfect location..
I had a wonderful time staying in this cozy flat above an old Roman Street a block away from the coliseum. I had a few glitches in my flights but the property owner was super helpful and worked with me to get me into the room. This is a perfect room for one or two persons it's nice and cozy and clean. I would definitely stay again.

Great location & place to stay
Clean and nice studio apt, right next to colosseum and a short walk from nearly anything else you want to do in Rome. Property manager was very accommodating. We definitely enjoyed our stay here.

This place was great! Property manager sat down with us when we arrived and went over allllll the ins and outs of Rome - where to go, what to avoid - it was really kind of him. AND his recommendations were so helpful. 100% would stay again.

Klimaanlage so angebracht dass das Fenster nicht zu schließen war. Extrem hellhörig und laut,Rollos nicht intakt. Kaum an Schlaf zu denken
Freundliche Kommunikation,aber auf mehreren Kanälen, daher schwierig.musste mehrfach FeWo anrufen und um Hilfe bitten,was sofort geschah
