Balboa - Via Veneto Luxury Apartment Roma 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 14 sleeps

  • This is an extremely elegant huge apartment with really special personality blend of Italian furniture and style. This 7 bedroom apartment is situated on a bright second floor of a beautifully preserved building with an elegant entrance with elevator, in Via Lombardia (next to Via Veneto and only 5 minuts walking to the Spanish Steps). The apartment is composed by a large entrance, a very spacious living room with a dining table 10 seats and two large sofas, fireplace and TV LCD, 5 bedrooms with queen size beds (mattress 190x160cm), two twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with shower. There is a pull out sofa bed in the living room. Very large fully equipped kitchen with dining table (6 seats) and two small balconies. AC in all the apartment, WIFI, Apple Tv, Hi-Fi surround, Washer, Dryer, Iron, Iron board, Dish washer, Safe box.

    There is a car parking in Via Ludovisi 60 (2 minuts walking).

    The house is located in Via Lombardia next to Via Veneto: the street of the famous movie "La Dolce Vita" of Federico Fellini, very close to the Spanish Steps, Barberini, Trevi Fountain and Villa Borghese. This area is plenty of restaurants, coffees, shops, Metro Barberini and Spagna are five minuts walking. Taxi stand in Via Veneto. A cafè/restaurant is at the ground floor of the building and many more few steps away.

    CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT POLICY:
    Check in time 3 - 7:30 pm.
    Late, Sunday and Holiday check in € 40.
    Check out time 10:00 am.
    For early check in and late check out, please ask the owner.

    -We provide one set of towels per person, each extra set costs €5 plus €10 for delivery if You don't order those before Your arrival. The cleaning agency provides some minisoap, shampo, paper toilet, trash bags, when those items run out if You don't order an extra cleaning service, You should use Yours or buy some more at the Supermarket near home. Thanks!
