Lovely refurbished apartment with all modern comforts on the first floor in the heart of the ancient Rione Monti, one of the most historical areas in rome and loved by both Romans and tourists.The apartment is on the first floor (UK) (2nd floor USA) of an old building with lift and it is composed of two double bed rooms (in one room you can have two single beds instead of a double bed), a living room with table, chairs and a bed sofa (for two persons) with a lovely terrace, a well equipped kitchen (oven. fridge, microwave, dishwasher), a bathroom with shower. Wi-Fi, air conditioning and TV are available. A wonderful view over San Martino ai Monti square. Through the windows you can see the beautiful square of San Martino ai Monti with two medieval towers: Capocci Tower and Graziani Tower and also see the back side of San Martino e San Silvestro Church. You can see also in the distance the horses on the top of the Altar of the Fatherland (Altare della patria).

Quick stay in Rome

Stayed here for 2 nights with 3 adults and 1 teenager. The apartment had plenty of room for all of us with a nice outdoor, covered seating area. Easy location to access attractions in the city from. Host that checked us in was friendly and helpful in answering questions during the stay.

Wish we had booked two nights

We have been to Rome a few times before and opted for a shorter stay this time on our way to Amalfi Coast. But I wish we had stayed one more night. The beds were comfy and there is a washing machine which was handy being halfway through our holiday.The location is great for a walking tour of the sights. We found an overnight parking garage just a block away which was super handy. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Apartment

My family and I booked this apartment to stay in for our flight out of Rome the next day. Apartment was in a residential neighborhood with a nice bakery, gelato place and restaurants nearby. It seemed like a neighborhood out of the main touristy areas and there were lots of locals around. The hosts were very attentive and there was a lot of resources for us to enjoy our stay. Would recommend!

Fantastic location, very accommodating host and space.

Very central location, were able to easily walk to most all major sites within 15 mins. Space was as advertised, very well equipped, host took time to go through all pertinent information, provided a comprehensive booklet with lots of info, nice outdoor terrace; highly recommend.

Great location, good size, everything you need

We were in Rome for 2 nights and found this place to stay. It was a perfect spot to enjoy a local neighborhood. It had all the amenities we needed. Communication with Martina was easy and she also helped coordinate a driver to pick us up at the airport which was a big time saver because the taxi lines are long. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Adorable apartment with great location!

We enjoyed our stay here. Martina was a GREAT host! She allowed us to check in early and was very accommodating. The apartment was very roomy and spotlessly clean. It was also centrally located to many places of interest. Our only disappointment was that we had to leave early to get back home due to a hurricane coming to our home town in Florida.

One Night Stay

We just needed a place to stay for one night prior to flying out of Rome. The location is a 10 minute walk from the train station and surrounded by lots of eateries. The host is very responsive to text messages. I would definitely on with this host again.

The apartment was perfect for the four of us! It was within walking distance of just about everything. Because it was i on a side street it was quiet at night. Martina was very accommodating to our need to drop off our luggage prior to check in!

Very close to Colosseum and train station. Space was well laid out. Room big enough for family of 4. Washing machine was a bonus. Great food and drinks right outside of accommodations. Only negative was the restaurant/disco adjacent to accommodations. Can get a bit loud - hard to sleep but ear plugs would work.

Excellent property very close to Colosseum

First things first, comfortable mattress and pillows. I slept 9 hours straight after a terrible morning flight and whole day sight seeing. We could walk to Colosseum and Forum in 15 min. 2 big rooms, small patio, nice bathroom, hot water. The property manager was excellent and attentive. Safe neighborhood where we stayed with 2 almost teen kids

Wonderful

My family had a great stay at this apartment. Martina was a wonderful host and organized all of our transportation. She also answered all of our questions and was available if we needed assistance. The apartment had everything we needed and was in an excellent location. We walked everywhere and could find many local restaurants. We especially loved the coffee shop at the corner. We would definitely rent this again when in Rome.

Great stay in Rome

The apartment was just as described in the listings. Martina was fantastic and met us at the apartment to get us all checked in. The apartment is modern and super clean. The location was great and not too far from major attractions within the city. The apartment building has an elevator and the apartment we stayed in was on the 2nd floor. Pay as you go parking is available on the side of the building and down the street. The apartment is well furnished, A/C and very comfortable. Great stay!

One night in Rome

We stayed here for our last night in Rome before flying home. It was centrally located for sightseeing and restaurants. The accommodation was comfortable but tight for 5 adults, although fine for us staying only one night. During our trip, it was difficult for us to communicate with our host because of our spotty data and Wi-Fi service. This also caused difficulty with check-in due to the City Tax and passport photo requirements. The host allowed us to check in at the site by using VRBO chat for passport photos and paying with cash. The host made many efforts to reach us and allowed us to enter before the official check-in time, which was greatly appreciated!

Lovely place to stay in Monti

This beautiful two bedroom apartment in the heart of Monti was very clean and Martina supplied all the amenities like shampoo, laundry soap and dish washer soap. There are lots of little restaurants very close by and a market literally across the door for anything you may need to pick up in a day. They even have fresh fruit every morning. The check in process was also very easy and Martina is extremely responsive. The apartment is walking distance to the train and metro stations, as well as major attractions like the Coliseum. The only small negative is that it's right above a disco and there are a few bars on the street, and it can get quite loud when the bars let out, and you can hear the base from the disco when the music gets going around 10:00 PM. Ear plugs helped, but if you are a light sleeper, it might not be the best for you. Otherwise, I would highly recommend.
