Great location for exploring Rome on foot. Didn't have hot water the first night we were there. No call back. Had hot water in the morning & thereafter. The small refridgerator freezer was iced over and door wouldn't close. We had 96 degree days and ice would have been nice. Air conditioner worked great.

Fantastisk lejlighed med fremragende beliggenhed.

Det var en fantastisk lejlighed med fremragende beliggenhed og en skøn terrasse. Desværre var der ikke ret meget der virkede. Varmereguleringen af vandet i brusebadet var umulig at indstille. Terrassen var i en miserabel tilstand. Parasollen var knækket og der var mængder af ukrudt over alt. Belysningen var mangelfuld, men det udbedret af den meget venlige nøgleholder, som gjorde sit bedste.

Lovely apartment with great location. We had problem with hot water, called our contact but did not hear from it. The double bed is not very comfortable and the 10 am checkout time is a bit early. Still good value for money due to location and lovely terrace.

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut, das Haus gepflegt und die Umgebung schön! Leider war es im Apartment nicht wirklich sauber (vor allem Bad und Küche, in den Ecken der Dusche und der Küchenflächen, auf der an sich schönen Terrasse standen alte schmutzige Putzartikel herum, inklusive alter Toilettenbürste, am Sonnenschirm klebte ein großes Stück Pizzatomate.) Es war einiges defekt: am Sonnenschirm eine Stange gebrochen, daher nicht nutzbar, die eine Duschtür nicht mehr da, man konnte nur offen duschen und das Bad dabei fluten. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer total durchhängend, das Schlafsofa dafür aber sehr bequem. Nachts ist es durch die vielen auf dem Dach landenden und schreienden Möwen sehr laut, dafür kann natürlich der Vermieter nichts, aber es weckte uns mehrfach pro Nacht auf, obwohl die Gegend/ die Straße an sich absolut ruhig ist.

Amazing terrace, not so amazing kitchen

The terrace is amazing. That was the best thing about the apartment. The location is also really good. The check-in was also very smooth, and the guy who met us was really helpful. We were planning to cook food there, but we had problems with the gas (couldn't get it to work without pressing the gas-button down constantly, which makes cooking difficult). Some of the kitchen utilities was also a bit unclean, and there was no dish soap to clean with. We ended up eating out. So if you are planning to eat out anyways, I would recommend this apartment.
