ARGENTINA LUXURY TERRACE

A wonderful centrally located large penthouse (185 sqm inside + 120 sqm terraces) for up to 6 people, full of natural light thanks to its 17 windows overlooking the archaeological Sacred Area of Largo Argentina and the Republican Roman temples, the scene of Julius Caesar’s assassination and now home to the famous Cat Sanctuary.

Sitting in the huge living room or resting in one of the 3 bedrooms while enjoying the fabulous view of Rome’s skyline — with its major domes and the old Opera House, now Argentina’s Theater — is an unforgettable experience and a true immersion in history.

The balcony and the terraces, both at the apartment level and on the upper floor, are full of plants and flowers, making them perfect spots for a glass of wine at sunset or a great Italian dinner at home. The elegant dining room and the beautifully equipped kitchen add comfort and style. The apartment is tastefully furnished, very well-kept, comfortable, and fully air-conditioned.

It is situated on the 5th floor (with elevator) of Palazzo Vitelleschi, with a doorman and a supermarket downstairs. Just outside the main door you’ll find buses, a taxi station, and many cafés and restaurants. Within a few minutes on foot, you can reach the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Campo de’ Fiori, the Roman Forums, and the Trevi Fountain.

Cast Family Roman Spring Holiday

Gorgeous and prime walking location

We lived the decor, huge windows, patio and walking location to restaurants and sites like pantheon and Spanish steps. We slept good each night. The patio was well used! Beautiful. Would stay again and recommend to others. The check in process was easy and appreciated, as the manager set up our airport transfer to the apartment and walked us through how to use the keys and appliances.

My family of six stayed at the Argentina Luxury Terrace in June 2025 for five nights. The apartment was beautiful, well-appointed ,and centrally located within walking distance of most tourist attractions. Our host Alessandra was very accommodating and spoke English very well. She communicated with us promptly prior to our arrival and answered all questions. She also arranged transportation from the airport and to the cruise port. In addition, Alessandra provided a full book of recommendations for restaurants. We highly recommend staying at this location and would gladly stay here again.

The Best!

This is a wonderful place to fall in love with Rome. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else since it’s in the perfect location and absolutely beautiful on the terraces. We could never get tired of the view! Our entire family was comfortable. Our host organized drivers to and from the airport and train station. She also gave us restaurant recommendations. We would love to stay again. Thank you for a really lovely stay!

First time in Rome

Beautiful spacious home with stunning views of the city. This home is centrally located to all major attractions in Rome. If you need a taxi there is a taxi station right outside the door. The host is very helpful and made arrangements for private shuttle from the airport and to the train station. She also provided useful information to make the best use of our time in Rome.

The best rental in Rome

This beautiful, three bedroom rental where the only thing that surpasses the inside are the two, separate outdoor patios with gorgeous plants and views. The rental is well appointed and the owner is very responsive. Highly recommend!

Fantastic apartment with two wonderful terraces

Close walking distance to many attractions, but also save time to enjoy the view from the beautiful terraces. Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay and found everything we needed. Alessandra was so helpful to us , especially in arranging transportation from the airport initially and to our next destination. We would happily stay again and highly recommend it to you.

Luxury Terrace is the best location in and with a well stocked kitchen and beautiful terraces you have a meal at home or walk for 2 minutes to any of the wonderful trattorias. Beds clean and comfortable. The best part is the location. 2 to 3 minute walk to Pantheon and Santa Maria de Sopr de Minervea with a Michangelo Statue and 5 minutes to Trevi Fountain and Piazza Novana

Fantastic Apartment

This has to be the most beautiful apartment in Rome and the highlight of our trip. Perfect for our group of 4 sisters. Unbeatable views from the rooftop, very spacious and has all the amities that you would expect and more. Can't say enough about the location....taxi station and Hop on Hop Off just on the corner. So grateful for all the help from Alessandra...booking our transport for our early 5:30 am to the airport. Perfetto!

Fantastic!

This is the perfect place to stay in Rome. The apartment- more like a luxury penthouse- exceeds all expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. Bedrooms, living room, dining room, are all spacious, and the dual terraces (upper and lower) are out of this world. The views are storybook. Everything is walking distance. The host is wonderful and communication was prompt and simple. As a frequent VRBO traveler, I would have no reservations booking this property again, and highly recommend it.

Rome vacation

The apartment is the perfect location to walk to the monuments, shopping, and restaurants of Rome. So safe my kids went out by themselves. Alessandra is beyond helpful! Thank you for mailing back to me my left items! I recommend closing the drapes in the summer during the day as the A/C has difficulty keeping up with the heat.

Amazing apartment in a perfect location!

My sister, teen daughter and I took a quick trip to Rome and this apartment was a perfect home for us. We each had our own room and bathroom and the beds were very comfortable. The apartment is spacious and beautifully appointed. The balconies are a great spot to have a cup of coffee in the morning while planning the day. The location is perfect and we were able to walk most everywhere though there is a taxi stand right outside. Alessandra was a gracious and thoughtful host. She booked our transport to and from the airport, made arrangements for our luggage and met us at check in and check out for a very smooth process. Fun note: there are beautiful ruins right outside the front door of the building that are said to be where Julius Caesar was killed. They are also home to a cat colony so you see a few cats roaming around happily protected.

Fabulous Apartment with Perfect Location!

Our family of five just returned from a wonderful spring break trip to Rome. Our trip was made especially enjoyable by the lovely apartment at Argentina Luxury Terrace. The apartment was nicely appointed while also comfortable in accommodating our family with three bedrooms and three full baths. The kitchen, washing machine, and large dining and living rooms provided ample space for our lengthy ten-day visit. The crown jewel of the property were stunning terraces with gorgeous views over the city. The apartment is very close the Pantheon and Plaza Navona where we found lots of great restaurants within walking distance. The owner, Alessandra, lives nearby and graciously met us at check in to show us around the apartment as well as schedule a driver to and from the airport. What a true gem of a historic apartment located right in the heart of Rome!

Family Holiday in Roma!

What a trip, and what a great apartment! First, it’s not often that the actual rental looks and feels like the online pictures. For this rental, it exceeds the pictures! The rooms were comfortable and the views were unreal. So many domes!!! Overlooking the ruins where Julius Caesar was assassinated!!! Patios upon patios!!! Second, the central location of the apartment was fantastic for exploring to the north, south, east and west of Rome! We decided to walk everywhere, but the taxi stand and the bus stop were in the square. Restaurants were easy to get to, as well as local markets and shops. Finally, the apartment and our host considered all of our needs. Luxury indeed!!!! Thank you Alessandra for this wonderful home and an enjoyable experience!

A magical experience

Alessandra arranged for us to be met at the airport and was there when we arrived at the apartment. From the ancient courtyard entrance to the vine-covered aerie we were impressed. This apartment is artfully and functionally well-appointed, from the bed linens to the dinner service, the marble bathrooms and art on the walls, to the library. There were three kinds of coffee maker, converters for all countries, comfortable beds and a great laundry room. The master suite was the height of luxuriousness. There was a panoramc, three-dome view of the Largo de Torre Argentina and well beyond. The only thing missing from the website photos is the scent of jasmine and the acrobatics of the swallows every morning from the exquisite terrace where we breakfasted. The apartment is a perfect combination of old-world charm, gorgeous modern amenities, peace and quiet, beautiful art, stress-free functionality and great location. What a find!

Absolutely perfect. No other way to describe it.

Everything about this property and the experience was absolutely perfect. The location of the apartment was incredible, allowing us to visit all of the sites of Rome either by walking or a short taxi ride (our group ranged from 11 years old to 82 so we would taxi where others would walk). The layout was fantatisc and we had the chance to lounge in the living room, have dinner together (seven of us) and take time to have coffee on the patio. Alessandra is an incredible host. She was very well organized and took the time to take us through the apartment and give us all of the details of where things were and how they worked. She was also very flexible with our check out, allowing us to keep our luggage in the apartment until our other travel plans were ready. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking of travelling to Rome, particularly if you're going with a group. Like I said in the title, absolutely perfect. No other way to describe it.

Roman glory

As a host and a guest with VRBO, this is one of the best properties and experiences we have had. Perfect location. Wonderful hostess! Beautiful property that served all guests’ needs. I just could not imagine staying at another place in Rome with a better view from the exquisite rooftop deck and a more optimal location. Close to taxi stand, bus transit and multiple neighborhoods. I cannot say enough good things about this property and our experience with the property host. Magnifico!

Dream Roman Apartment - Prime Location

What can I say about this place? It's perfect for a family trip to Rome. Located at Largo di Torre Argentina, all the main sites are just a 15-20 minute walk away. You're also close to Trastevere and the Jewish Ghetto, perfect for dinner outings, and Campo de' Fiori and Piazza Navona for drinks.The property offers great outdoor areas with plenty of seating, ideal for relaxing with drinks at night. Although Rome was very hot when we visited, the air conditioning worked perfectly to keep us comfortable.Alessandra is a fantastic host—very attentive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

This is a splendid apartment and our host, Alessandra, who speaks English well, is highly communicative, with thorough instructions that are easy to follow. The apartment is on the fifth floor (American sixth) with huge windows looking west over the open piazza where Caesar was killed. The living room is huge. Two bedrooms have baths, but the third, while it does connect to an outside terrace, does not have its own bathroom. There is an ample rooftop deck which we did not use much. Alessandra has compiled a large binder with information on everything one would want to know about in Rome, including, of course, restaurants. Alessandra provides cleaning and new linens once a week. On our departure which was on a tight schedule, she made sure we had a driver ready to go to the train station.

Perfect location in heart of Rome

Perfect apartment exactly where you want to be in Rome

This apartment is exactly how it is depicted in the photos. It's large, luxurious, and has every amenity you could possibly want. The upper and lower terraces are just as spectacular as they look and you will spend mornings and evenings watching tour groups throng around the ruins below trying to catch a glimpse of what you can see from your bird's eye view. The thing that really sets the property apart is Alessandra who is one of the best hosts I've ever encountered on VRBO. She was so easy to communicate with and had the best information; she even took time to help me out of a booking mistake that was entirely my fault. She is exactly the owner you want to be renting from. Plenty of room to stretch out, even for a large group, and about a 10-15 minute walk from anything you might care to see in Rome. If I have the fortune to return to Rome anytime soon, I will wait until Alessandra has availability before booking the trip.

The Best Location in Rome

The airtime t is beautiful and Alessandra is the consummate hostess. She greets you when you get there, arranged for travel to and from the airport, and has many great recommendations for restaurants. Very charming. You can’t. Eat the location, right across from the ruins of where Caeser was mudered, walkable to the Oanthenon, Piazza Novo no o and all great sights the apartment is 5 stories up with beautiful view and two outside terraces. Enjoy. You won’t be sorry
