A few steps front the Vatican and the old Roma

Beautiful apartment located at 10 minutes walking from the Vatican and the center of Trastevere.
Well connected to the historical center by bus lines that you can find just outside the main door.
This apartment has been recently restored, it is on the first floor of a modern building with lift.
tastefully
decorated, the accommodation has elegant white marble floors,
prestigious furniture and tapestries; it is extremely well kept and
offers a welcoming atmosphere with a lot of paintings, artistic object
and family memories.
From the entrance you step into a large and elegant living room with a
double sofa bed and dining area. This room has a small balcony
connected to one of the bedrooms. Following, the fully equipped and
spacious kitchen has also a breakfast table.
The sleeping area features 5 bedrooms. Three bathrooms in total, the third one is in front of the living room.
Each bedroom is beautifully furnished with wardrobes, flower decorations and TV.
The owner is a perfect host and this home is ideal for a big family or a group.
If you wish not to use the sofa bed, on request the owner can add two single beds in the bedrooms.

The apartment is located in an elegant and modern building 600 meters from the Vatican City and St. Peter's, the nearest metro station 300 meters away, and the nearest bus stop right in front of the entrance, which connects 'Chez Nana' with all the most important areas of Rome.
Less than 100 meters from 'Chez Nana' you will find everything you need during your stay: supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, patisserie, bar, supermarkets open 7/7 24 / 24h, newsagents etc ...

The apartment, air conditioned, soundproofed, completely renovated, continues with hot water with an area of 145 square meters, very bright and quiet, is on the first floor with a lift. The advantages of accommodation:
'If you come by car, parking is easy and free. Otherwise you have 2 bus lines in front of the door to go where you want and the Metro station is 300 meters away. However San Pietro, the Vatican and the center of Rome are very close and easily reachable on foot. Do you want to eat at home? The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave oven, quality cutlery and crockery, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, blender, etc. etc.) and the large and elegant dining-living room can comfortably accommodate up to 10-12 people. Do you like to be always updated on everything? You will find a TV in each bedroom and a SKY satellite TV in the living room. Do you need a PC? We have it, it's free and it's connected 24/24. Do you suffer from heat or cold? All rooms are air conditioned. And to ensure peace of mind they are also soundproofed. And now look carefully at all the photos. Are fine? The apartment is even more so. It is very spacious, bright, elegant, very well-kept, with 3 bathrooms with zero risk of running out of hot water thanks to a continuous cycle system, a washer / dryer, a library available to guests, a flowered terrace where you can have breakfast outside.

Perfect place to explore Rome

Beautiful Spacious and Clean

We were incredibly blessed to be able to stay in this very spacious apartment with the 8 members of our family. The location is very convenient allowing everyone to go in the direction that they wanted to go. The check in process was very easy and the property manager was incredibly helpful with transportation to the airport and from the train station. I would highly recommend this location for anyone interested in accommodations in Rome

The apartment was great. It was a wonderful location, plenty of room for 12 people with three bathrooms. Our host was very responsive , check in was easy and she helped me arrange transportation from the airport and back. We loved our stay!!!!

Great Stay

We had a great stay in Rome with our group of 10. The house worked perfectly for our 6 adults and 4 kids. Would have liked to rate the overall as 4.5, only minor complaint was the bigger beds had VERY firm mattresses. After long days in the heat and lots of walking, the beds were a bit rough on the hips and back. Overall though, location was away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to be to the action by bus in under 10 minutes. Owners were great helping us set up transportation from the airport and to the train station. Again, was a great stay!

Great home for a large group

The home is very clean and has plenty of room for a large group. Conveniently very close to a supermarket and restaurants. About a 25 minute walk to the Vatican. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent location and communication. Place was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. Could not have been better. Would definitely stay here again. Adriana was wonderful!! Bus to everything was outside the front door. Restaurants and grocery very close by.

perfect for a larger family

The apartment is 20 minutes walking from the Vatican, and a short bus or taxi ride away from all the other famous attractions of Rome. It is clean, quiet, very well equipped and maintained, and spacious. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks Adriana!

Great place from which to tour Rome.

Very comfortable place in a great location close to restaurants, grocery stores and buses, which took us to the colosseum, St Peter's Square in a few minutes. We especially enjoyed the air conditioning after a long, hot and sweaty day of touring. The only downside is the small showers, but it isn't a deal breaker.

Great apartment with plenty of room.

Our family of 7 stayed in the apartment and never felt crowded. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and all eat at the table for dinner. There is plenty of dining options nearby as well as a store. I would recommend this apartment.

Great getaway

Great location for easy access to the Vatican. Good local shops and restaurants and easy and very cheap transport to different parts of the city. The apartment had everything we needed and Adriana couldn’t have been more helpful (the airport taxis were a real bonus). Would definitely recommend/return.

Great family vacation in Rome

We had a group of 9 people. The apartment had plenty of room for everybody. Location was a 10 minute walk to Vatican. Would definitely rent from Adriana again. She was a great host.

Pre- Cruise 4 day stay in Rome

Our family was booked on a Mediterranean cruise but wanted to spend a few days in Rome prior to the cruise. Adriana was so accommodating and answered every question over the months prior to our arrival. The apartment was the perfect size for our family and location really convenient to all the site seeing we did. I would really recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome. Arrivederci! This Host has thought of everything!

The rooms are large (larger than the photos showed) and with 3 bathrooms, we had plenty of personal space. The host was so helpful, gave us perfect recommendations, and best of all, had every little detail accounted for in the extra amenities offered. Plus there was a separate washer and dryer! Close to a bus station which made travel easy. in a quieter neighborhood with stores near by.

Family in Rome

The property was very clean and had the perfect configuration of beds for our family. The location was not as ideal for getting to the metro as we would have liked but worked out for Uber. The coffee shop downstairs was great and bring close to the grocery was ideal. Overall Adriana was very helpful and responsive.

Pleasurable Stay

Adriana greeted us with a smile and with kindness. She communicated well before our arrival as I had questions about parking (rented a car) and arrival time. We couldn’t ask for a better host. We were able to get around Rome with ease because of the location and within walking distance to the main attractions that we were interested in. Thank you Adriana for being a great host!

My rome visit

Great value for the size, location & number of rooms. Was actually very comfortable for me and my family. The door lock code-mechanism was our only issue, as we only had one manual key to use. Aside from that, we had an excellent time there. Very comfortable!

Perfect Rome home

Adriana was a spectacular host. She was attentive, pleasant and extremely helpful getting us to where we needed to be. The apartment was conveniently located which made getting to our daily excursions easy. The coffee bistro right across the street was a great place to grab a cappuccino or espresso and a bite to eat. We loved our visit and if we return again this would be the place! Ciao Roma! You were good to us.
