The location is perfect. Round the corners from bus and tram stops, 2 stops or 15 min walk to heart if trastevere. Stay on the tram and it takes you towards the forum/coliseum. Apartment was very clean and well equipped. Only improvement would be more bedding for the sofabed.
Very nice appartment et very well located. Quiet and clean. And the host is super nice and give you all the information you need. I loved my star there! Would come back anytime!
Loved the neighborhood. Great to walk around. Apartment was lovely and well kept.

We had a wonderful stay in this Trastevere neighborhood apartment in Rome! Apartment was clean, spacious, and cozy. Abundant amenities such as washing machine, fridge, microwave, stove, toaster, plates and utensils. Nice shower with a bathroom heater. Safe neighborhood with nice walk through a historic neighborhood on your way to more popular tourist spots.
Loved everything about my stay! The apartment had everything we needed. The location was perfect. We could easily walk to the restaurants and nightlife of Trastevere. The tram stop to Piazza Venezia was a short walk away. Very convenient for exploring Rome. And parking if needed in a underground garage on site. The hosts were amazing to deal with. Our family would highly recommend this property!
Really wonderful stay here and Laura was highly communicative. The space was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable! The block is just off one of the main streets and is definitely quiet but I felt safe as a woman walking alone here. The WiFi is also high speed (they did have an internet issue throughout the trip but this was out of Laura’s control. She even got a temporary internet after a couple days of the internet not coming back up) The neighborhood is also great and filled with wonderful restaurants. The kitchen is fully stocked the added bonus of laundry! HIGHLY recommend staying here!
The rooms were spacious, nicely designed and very comfortable. The location was great - close to the central attractions, in a trendy spot with lots of restaurants nearby.

Laura was a wonderful host. The apartment was very nice. A little far from the hustle bustle of the tourist area but very approachable via bus/tram.
Laura and Giovanni were were very helpful and kind, printing our museum tickets on arrival and arranging our taxi to the airport.
The flat is in an excellent location, close to restaurants and stores, and in a quiet neighbourhood.
We look forward to returning.
The apartment is perfect! It has everything you need for a short or long stay in Rome. It's in the wonderful neighborhood of Trastevere with easy access to everything Trastevere has to offer. Bus stops are just around the corner to reach all of the popular attractions of Rome. Laura, our host, was very responsive and so helpful! Grazie Laura, we really appreciated all of your help. We would gladly stay here on our next trip to Rome.
The apartment was spotless and a short walk to bus transportation. Very comfortable queen size bed. Host responds immediately to your questions and helped organize private car for airport pick up on arrival as well as a car to take us to train station. Gave detailed descriptions of instructions needed to get around town.
We loved the apartment. It was perfect for our first visit (2 nights) to Rome. It was so nice to explore Trastevere and the 8bus/tram made it really easy to get everywhere we wanted to go in Rome. Laura is a great host and was very helpful. Lots of great local information and directions are provided in the apartment. Clean, comfortable, convenient! Highly recommend.
If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Rome then look no further. Communication with the owner was the best from start to finish and all the way through our holiday. The apartment is in Trastevere and within a short walk of super restaurants and cafes. Vatican City is about a 40 minute walk with so much to see along the way. We were also able to walk to the other popular sights including the Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. This was our first trip to Rome and we were so lucky to be here when Pope Leo XIV was announced and we witnessed the white smoke and the celebrations…truly an amazing experience! We will definitely return to this amazing city and stay at this property. Thanks you Laura for all your advice and help to make this a brilliant holiday!
My son and I enjoyed a very comfortable stay in Trastavere Comfort Apt 6C after a 10 night Med cruise. Owner Laura made sure we had detailed check in instructions, and was quick to answer all of our questions. She went above and beyond to assist with making a dinner res for us and arranging for car service to the airport in our final day. The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Thank you so much!! We highly recommend this property.
We stayed for 6 days at Laura’s apartment. Communication with Laura before and during our stay was excellent. The apartment is very nice, has all the needed equipment and the bed is very comfortable. A plus is the washing machine! Internet connection is strong and reliable and the apartment is very close to a grocery store, many cafes, restaurants and gelato! Overall we had a wonderful experience and really appreciated all the detailed information we got from Laura whenever we had questions. Highly recommend!

My stay here was perfect it’s in a nice quiet area but close to all the main areas of Rome to walk to. The apartment was clean and had everything you could need. Laura and Giovanni made everything extremely easy and convenient for my first time in Italy. They had a list of recommendations for places to eat, places to visit and numbers in case of emergencies. If I needed anything i was able to call or message anytime and always were fast to respond. They also set up a private driver to get me from the apartment to the airport on my last day which was convenient. I definitely recommend staying here and will definitely book next time I am back in Italy.
The pictures describe the property very well, no surprises. It was very enjoyable and easy to live in for two weeks. The appartment has all of the amenities and is very safe. Very easy check-in and out. Laura is a great host, easy to communicate with and responds and acts very quickly. Unfortunately with VRBO although they say no hidden fees, Rome collects city taxes which are not mentioned and it is not very pleasant to receive an invoice of almost $200 cdn dollars in the middle of your stay! All fees should be published at time of reservation. Notwithstanding this, thank you Laura for being a great host!
Great location, just outside the old town about 10 min walk, but with the tram around the corner for those that prefer not to.If you enjoy walking as we do, all the historical sites of Rome are within a maximum of 30 min walk, unless you get side tracked by a glass of wine or pastries and coffee or shopping… which we did 😜 The apartment had plenty of space for a couple, with a spacious bedroom living room/kitchen and lots of storage. Laura is a great host, responding to all our questions and providing detailed information from check in to support in the city even arranging airport transfer which meant less stress for the early morning flight! Thank you Laura for making our way too short Rome holiday very enjoyable
We had a nice 7 day stay in this very tastfully decorated apartment with balcony. Laura was very communicative and approachable at any time before and during our visit. Trastavere is a nice neighbourhood and cool bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Bus 8 brings you to Piazza Venezia - Supercentral to see all the sights. I highly recommend this place. Remember that there is still Rome city tax to pay which was 126€ for us for 7 days. VRBO still has the old numbers that are invalid. Tip: Bring a FireTV stick to have streaming access and your local TV in the evening.

More Like Trastevere Adjacent in a 1970s Apartment Block Area with No Character of Rome
First, the hosts were wonderful! Very communicative and thoughtful. Second, the interior of the apartment is fantastic, spacious and well furnished. The apartment felt very secure with it's heavy duty exterior door and the neighborhood was pleasant and safe. The negatives, it's in a characterless neighborhood full of 1970s apartment blocks. We thought we were staying in the beautiful Trastevere area, but that's actually a 12 minute walk. Next, when I messaged the hosts that the sleeping pillows needed replacing she responded by suggesting I didn't use them correctly. Two were utterly flat and the other two had displaced stuffing which couldn't be corrected. They were cheap to begin with. Ikea pillows aren't meant to last. The online pics of living room/dining area are nicer than in reality. In reality there is a coffee table with a microwave and toaster oven on it and no shelving as in the photo. It was odd because it was so low to the ground I don't know anyone who would prepare their meal on it. I'd bring back the shelving in the photo and ditch the coffee table with appliances on it.
Hostess, Laura, was an amazing communicator. So helpful and responsive. Apartment was clean, cozy and comfortable. In a good location off the main road but still within walking distance of all amenities of Trastevere. Also a very secure and safe feeling to the building.
