In the heart of Rione Colonna, a neighborhood quite close to the Tiber River and nestled in the historical center, the recently renovated Casa Torretta has two large double bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower). In a refined and elegant atmosphere, enriched by beautifully decorated ceilings, the spacious living area has two sofas and a dining table with seating for six. The kitchen is right next to this area: basic but fully equipped, it is ideal for preparing quick snacks or elaborate meals. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. All in one washer&dryer, dishwasher and Nespresso Coffee Maker are available for guests.

Standard check-in: from 3 pm to 9 pm (With self-service check-in, guests can enter after 9:00 PM without any additional charges).

Check-out by 11 am

Upon request, we are flexible with check-in and check-out times, depending on the apartment's availability and cleaning requirements.

Check-in is self-service. To receive the access details, guests must complete the online form with all the required mandatory information. If the Italian Government introduces regulations prohibiting self-service check-ins, we will provide in-person check-in from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A late fee of €50 will apply for check-ins after 9:00 PM.

An extra fee for check-in in person of € 35 will be charged for check-ins on the following dates: December 25, January 1, Easter Sunday and August 15th.

For self check-in is MANDATORY for the guest to fill out the online form I will send when booking the property, providing their ID information as required by Italian law. Additionally, the rental contracts are included within the form, and signing them is mandatory. The form must be completed within 48 hours of the guest's arrival in Rome. Filling out the form takes about 5 minutes.

In this apartment, the following are not allowed:

- hosting parties

- smoking

- bringing pets

- making noise during quiet hours (from 10:30 pm to 9:00 am)

For children up to 3 years old, a travel cot is available upon request, at a cost of € 50 per stay.

Run down, in need of repairs, apartment located on a lovely street steps from ritzy Via de Condotti. The apartment IS NOT as pictured, so be advised that it is overpriced. Apartment is centrally located, steps from a mini-market, 2 blocks from Spagna Metro station so it is easy to get to most of the tourist sites.

Five days in Rome

We very much enjoyed this apartment, located in the center of Rome on a quiet street. The photos accurately convey the charm and beauty of the clean, comfortable apartment, which put us in the right mind to enjoy all that Rome offers. We would happily stay here again.

Property is as listed. Excellent location. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, clean and beds were comfy. Could have used more washcloths but that’s definitely a personal preference.Kitchen was well appointed and the coffee basket was a nice gesture.Only negative was a fire extinguisher inspection - our front door was left unlocked & ajar (open) all day while we were out by whoever did the inspection. Luckily nothing was stolen but gave us quite the scare upon our return. Safety is important.

Nice apartment for our family vacation

We enjoyed staying in this apartment, in a small quiet street in Rome, not far from the Pantheon and within walking distance to the Spanish Steps. Nice restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Check-in process was simple. The host was very responsive to our inquiries during the entire stay.

Fantastic location

Great location! Not far from many of the sights but also out of the tourist area, so felt very hidden and secure. The restaurant Vitti I highly recommend to eat at. Right outside of the apartment and so delicious. Truly loved the experience we had at this apartment.

Apartment is very clean and has all the amenities you need. Great location. We walked to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and even the Colosseum. Fabulous Architecture and stunning Churches throughout the City.

3 night stay in Rome before heading to Lake Como. Great central location, a short cab ride from the station. Lots of choice of places to eat right on the door step. All the main sights either within walking distance or a short ride on the metro.

Love the space of the apartment. It was perfect for my daughter and me. The apartment is so cute and well decorated as well as comfortable and in a perfect location! Definitely want to return next time we are in Rome.

Excellent apartment and location!

This was just as described in the listing and the many glowing reviews. A perfect location central to nearly everything, with plenty of room for our family of 5 that has nice beds and bathrooms! Our only regret was that because we left Rome to visit some other cities we couldn't stay here for our whole trip! We will definitely look to book again when we return.

Our family of 4 loved the place. Plenty of room for all of us. The locarion is ideal. We were able to walk everywhere. Great communication with the homeowner as well. If we come back ro Rome we will definitely stay here again.

Great location, great space!

This is an excellent property. Close to absolutely everything that you might want to see as a tourist beyond that, though it’s a great location for restaurants for shopping. we thought that the unit itself was very spacious very clean, high ceilings. The host are very organized and very responsive, everything we needed was in the apartment. I would highly recommend this unit.

Wonderful apartment!

The apartment was everything we hoped it would be. It was very comfortable, well equipped and easy to access. What we liked the most about it was the location - nestled amidst narrow winding streets full of wonderful shops and cafes. We were within a half hour walk of all the major attractions. We had a wonderful time!

Perfect Stay

For a first visit to Rome, this is an ideal location for sight-seeing. Charming apartment tucked away from the tourist crowds and noise. Easy to walk everywhere, or hop on a bus within a 5 minute walk. Plenty of space for a family, everything provided, and the added advantage of a/c and a washer/dryer. We loved it!

Quaint apartment in great location

This was such a cute apartment with so much charm. It was quite spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It was right in the middle of everything. The furthest we had to walk was 15 minutes, but most things were 7-8 minute walk. The host was great! He communicated with us well in advance and was flexible when we had a travel glitch and arrived late. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Location!

The location was fabulous - we never had to use public transport and we went all over the city. The neighborhood is gorgeous! It did get loud, especially on Saturday night, so I would suggest using a sound machine. The host was very responsive and lovely to interact with!

Optimal location

Nice air-conditioned apartment with small but well appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds. Owner/Manager extremely responsive. The location is outstanding: you can walk to a groceries store in 10 minutes and see the Pantheon on the way. Some excellent restaurants in the area as well. Highly recommend!
