Amazing location!!

100% perfect place for site seeing. The Colosseum in a few blocks away and within site of the front door. Safe neighborhood with food and convenience shops close by. Maurizio is very nice, speaks English. The checkin was a little clunky but all was fine. Keep in mind places in Italy have washers but not dryers for your clothes. I would definitely come back here again!

Very good location, very close to St. John Lateran church and Scala Santa, which were big in our itinerary… very close also tot he colosseum which wee just enjoy the everynight… MOnti is a good neighborhood and location… we didn’t expect the place to be very central to our plan… place is very clean… told Maurizio we would love to go back there next time we’re in Rome… thank you Maurizio..

Delizioso appartamento a due passi dal Colosseo

Maurizio, persona molto simpatica, accomodante ed acculturata, ci ha ospitati per un weekend nel suo meraviglioso appartamento di via S. Giovanni in Laterano. La posizione dello stesso è perfetta per esplorare la zona archeologica a piedi, ma anche per raggiungere la stazione di Roma Termini e per avventurarsi nelle altre zone del centro. L’appartamento molto carino e dotato veramente di tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. Ha l’aria di un appartamento vissuto, sa di casa ed è molto piacevole trovarsi immersi in quella che è un po’ anche la storia di Maurizio e dei suoi gusti (faccio riferimento ai quadri rappresentanti molti ricordi dei suoi viaggi, o ai molti libri che adornano l’appartamento). Ci è piaciuto moltissimo e torneremo sicuramente! In un bel palazzo storico tenuto in maniera impeccabile e vicino a vari servizi e comodità.
