Pleasant staff, but a very tiny room with a 45 degree ceiling where you cannot stand up. I wouldn’t stay here ever again.

Dear Sir, we thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are very sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your room.You should have informed us, we would have switched you into an other room. All of our rooms are different, on the second floor they are all under the roof we understand that you may not like that, however it is possible to stand and move around in the room even when being tall. At check-out we asked if you enjoyed your stay and unfortunately you did not mention anything. We hope that you had a good time in Rolle and that you had a safe trip back home. Dear Sir and Madam, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We have to say we are surprised and disapointed by your review. Our receptionnist was happy to give you some tourist advice, she offered you some additionnal tea bags when needed. At check out you said that you enjoyed our hotel, and that it was a good start to your trip in Switzerland. The only issue was that you had reserved for one person, so we charged you 15 CHF which is the fee for an additionnal person and the city tax. We are very sorry to hear that your stay was "horrible", if only you had let us know what went wrong. We hope that you are enjoying your stay in Switzerland, and wish you a pleasant trip. Very nice location in Acute little town on the shores of Lake Geneva. Hotel is a beautiful old building with modern renovations. Breakfast was great and the staff were friendly. Overall, we had a great stay.

Sloped ceilings making everything uncomfortable. Bed sheets were dirty on arrival. Service was great though.

We have other rooms (mainly located at the first floor) with hight ceiling, we will care to allocate you one of these rooms if you plane to come back to Rolle. Three floors to the room..then the room itself has 2 floors..so be aware of this if traveling with large baggage and/or you have some mobility issues

Lovely Hotel I’m cute town
Very lovely boutique hotel. Extremely wide garret room room with huge bathroom and bathtub. Amazing for friends and family. The hotel is very lovely and beautiful. Staff is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend. Wish I could stay longer

Lovely little town hotel
Lovely little hotel in the centre of Rolle. Very friendly staff and lovely spacious rooms. My room only had a bath with a shower head...no walk in shower. But it was nice to have a bath. Definitely would stay here again.

Nicely refurbished hotel btw Geneva and Lausanne
Great stay overall. no lift (not convenient with heavy suitcase in 2nd floor). not enough sockets in room. Adjacent restaurant worth a lunch or dinner (try local filet de perche).

Wonderfully little hotel 45 minutes for so from Geneva and well worth the effort. Historic building turned into a hotel that offers great facilities, helpful staff and has a nice little bar and restaurant adjacent. Ask for room 10!

Es un hotel con encanto, con unas vistas maravillosas al lago y al castillo que está justo enfrente. El personal muy amable y servicial. La habitación muy comoda y amplia, por decir algo que me gusto un poco menos fué el baño, pero limpieza un 10. Lo recomiendo si tu presupuesto te lo permite.

Tt c’est très bien passé, le seul hic pas de climatisation pour un hôtel à ce prix un peu dommage....le reste nickel

Bonjour, Merci pour votre retour. Les chambres situées au 2eme étage (un peu plus chaudes car sous les toits) ont toutes une climatisation mais pas les chambres situées au 1er étage effectivement. Nous installons toujours un ventilateur dans les chambres les mois d'été. En espérant avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau à Rolle lors d'un prochain séjour. Meilleures salutations.

De plek en het gebouw zijn mooi, tegenover het Kasteel van Rolle aan het meer van Geneve, de mensen zijn erg vriendelijk. De kamer was wel heel warm, de mobiele airco kon het niet koel krijgen. En als je de ramen open had, kwam het geluid van het verkeer, het terras en de openlucht cinema aan de overkant naar binnen

Sehr freundlich und das Hotel ist super Herzig.
Hübsches kleines Hotel. Ich würde sofort wieder dieses Hotel buchen. Auch der Service im Restaurant war super. Das einzige was etwas schade ist, ist das es Direkt an der Strasse liegt.

Das Hotel ist charmant, bestens gelegen, sehr sauber. Wir würden es sofort wieder wählen. Zwei kleine Einschränkungen: Statt eines Kühlschranks im Zimmer, hätte es einen kleinen Kühlschrank im Korridor gehabt mit Mineralwasser. Leider war der Kühlschrank an beiden Abenden leer. Beim einfachen, aber sehr feinen Morgenbuffet mussten wir bei Kaffee und Milch selber für den Nachschub sorgen.

Gute Unterkunft in Rolle
Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen im hübschen Städtchen Rolle. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer auf die Strasse hinaus aber die Fenster haben Geräusche sehr effektiv gedämpft.
