"Our room curtains were broken, the toilet paper holder was broken, and paint was chipping off the walls. The room didn't feel clean. The breakfast was good."

"Spacious, comfortable, attractive and well-appointed rooms. Pleasant and cooperative staff. The restaurant was pleasant but small with a limited menu. There is direct access to the Skywalk but it is not nearly as lively as years ago and on weekends dead with many passageways blocked. There's a basic in room coffeemaker but they don't seem to provide free coffee in the lobby as many hotels do. If that matters to you check on this ahead of time. There is a Starbucks right next door in the Skywalk but on Sunday morning it was closed."
