3 Bedroom Ranch-house with a Private Lake. Swim/Fish/Kayak

This is a beautiful space for a retreat or family vacation. The Ranch house is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house with 2 large living areas. The house comes with a full kitchen and sleeps 8 – 10 persons. The large living area downstairs includes a pool table. The back patio includes a BBQ grill, an outdoor living area with a hot tub for up to 8 persons. The property includes a private lake and offers opportunities to swim, fish or kayak. We have two kayaks for our guests. You have to bring your fishing gears.

The space
This is a great vacation spot with great sunset and natural lake breeze most of the time of the day. The living area downstairs includes a pool table for entertainment. The back patio include a BBQ grill, an outdoor living area with a hot tub for up to 8 persons to extend the entertainment outdoors. The living room offers a direct view of the private lake which has concrete boat ramp, dock and concrete steps to climb in or out of the lake. The lake is stocked and offers opportunity for fishing, kayaking or swimming.

Guest access
Guests have access to all areas except any areas occupied by others. All open spaces are shared.

Other things to note
With adequate internet and satellite feed, you can choose the right amount of technology as you desire. With all the convenience in the rooms, our facility will not beat you up and you can truly unwind and spend quality time with loved ones.
