"Very cute spot. Love the location!!! Access was easy. The cons were that the house needed some cleaning as it had dead bugs and smelled like the house had been locked up for months. Linen smelled of dust. All easy fixes. Would book the larger house if i bring my kids to the area!"

"We were visiting Indianapolis to attend the Indy 500 including the qualifying. The location is very convenient for both IMS and downtown. The property was ideal for our group of 4. The veranda at the front is a really nice feature overlooking the park. It was a great place to sit in the evening with the sun behind the house. We loved the supply of ground coffee. Not something we usually find in UK or European properties. We would certainly look to book here again if we come back to Indianapolis."

"Location was great with a good neighborhood. House was not clean and a lot of leftover stuff from previous tenants. Lawn was in desperate need of being mowed. Dealing with property management was a nightmare prior to stay. We got moved to different dates without our permission, added charges later, and asked if another family could stay towards end of our stay whom we did not know. Very unprofessional. No refunds whatsoever just so you know once you book property."
