A one of a kind, beautiful home with so much to offer! From the sunroom, to the bonfire pit, to the patio, to the outstanding master bedroom, you're going to love this home and all it comes with!

The entire home is for the guest! No room or area is shared or publicly used.

The neighborhood is wonderful! Great safe place to walk around and enjoy yourself and the scenery. Large grocery store and delicious restaurants a block away! Amazing atmosphere right down the street! There's a local park just north of the house as well with plenty of hiking trails!

There is a bus stop that picks you up directly across the street from the house. You can take it north or south for only $2 to go visit different parts of the city. Can take you all the way downtown in about 25 minutes (with stops).

The stairs going up to the master bedroom are a bit steep compared to normal steps, just FYI! It's nothing crazy steep but they are more steep than usual.
