The Space:
Located two blocks from the heart of Broadripple, this newly renovated home provides the uniqueness of comfort and adventure! Stay at the property and enjoy all of the exciting features that it offers, or head down to Broadripple and explore the amazing shops, bars and restaurants that make it the incredible place that it is!
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house! It is a duplex, so obviously you only have access to your side of the house, But you will have access to every room in there!
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is wonderful! Great safe place to walk around and enjoy yourself and the scenery. Large grocery store and delicious restaurants a block away! Amazing atmosphere right down the street! There's a local park just north of the house as well with plenty of hiking trails!
Getting Around:
There is a bus stop that picks you up directly across the street from the house. You can take it north or south for only $2 to go visit different parts of the city. Can take you all the way downtown in about 25 minutes (with stops).
Other Things to Note:
- The pet fee shown ($70) is for up to two nights with one pet. It goes up $10/night for every day added, per pet.

Great place for family
We were meeting family in the area and this house was great for our family to stay in. Luke was great with communication. House is very spacious and even had a fun basement to hang out in. Could use just a quick clean/vacuum in some areas that dont have a lot of traffic but overall the house was very comfortable to stay in. We will definitely keep this place in mind next time we are visitng Indy!

Great house for young kiddos
Great location, easy check in. We had our toddler with us and the house is actually really easy with young kids because there aren't knick knacks and breakables all over the place for them to get into. The house had all the essentials and was in a great neighborhood to walk around outside. Only negative is the shower head is short if your a taller person but it was still doable. We really enjoyed house!

Perfect place for the guys weekend!
Guys weekend for the Mecum car auction and this house was perfect! Luke was a great host, responded to questions quickly and provided plenty of useful information for check in and out.

Great stay!!
Everything was as advertised! Luke was very kind and quick to respond the two times that I messaged him about something. The bed in the master bedroom is SO comfortable! We were able to cook dinner and do everything we needed to do. Location is really great as well. The only thing I would say is it needs some oven mitts or pot holders, but not huge deal at all! Thanks for being a GREAT host and we will defiantly come stay again!

Good stay
The place was very easy to find and the location was good. We had 3 children from 3-9 years old with us and they enjoyed the stay. It would be better if there was actual cable to turn on instead of just Netflix or Disney+. The Keurig being used tripped the power strip 3 times making coffee. I ended up having to move the toaster off of that strip to keep it from doing it.
Overall, it was a good stay for what we were down in Indy for. I’d definitely stay again for the price and what this place offered.

Comfortable and Homey
We were only there for one night. We cooked a meal, the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed our night in the basement watching TV. Enjoyed the nice coffee setup . We enjoyed a quiet night on a comfortable bed.
