"The view was so beautiful! Staff were very accommodating & friendly. My grandson asked for a tour of the Roosevelt Suite which they provided right away. The building has lots of history. Added benifit is it’s close to the springs!"

"We had a loft room that was nice and spacious. The hotel itself is quite dated and not kept up very well. There was a water leak in the hallway and the ceiling was damaged. Large part of the floor was wet. Our young kids all got a chemical burn after spending a few hours in the pool. Not a great overall experience. It was fairly cheap for banff. The playhouse was fun for the kids but felt a bit like a dungeon as the lighting was poor. "

"We loved this hotel! The hot tubs were my favourite part of the stay, second only to the Goodfolk restaurant. The room was clean and modern, even if was on the small side"

"The rooms are very clean and hotel is easy to get around to the downtown.The hot tubs are beautiful The restaurant did however run out of burgers on a Saturday night which was disappointing as we then had to leave hotel and find other food. Check in was wonderful- Nina was beyond helpful and friendly this hotel is a must stay would stay here again ."

"Okay. Pros: Cheap. Central. Friendly staff. Pet friendly. Great shower. Cons: Entire parking lot was an ice field during the entire stay, no effort to address it. Very loud heater and noise generally in rooms. No real amenities on site. "
