Simple and clean

The room was quite basic,but it was clean and comfortable. Had 2 king size beds which was nice. Staff was helpful and friendly.

This was a great quick stay for us, very convenient on a long road trip. Comfortable beds, spotless room. Breakfast was a bit self-serve - there wasn't any staff helping for the first hour or two. Once they discovered several parties in the breakfast room they were very helpful. Everyone was friendly and nice also! Definitely recommend.

Overall it was a nice stay. Room was clean and it was pretty quiet for the most part. Only down part was the ice machine didn't work when we tried it. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay.

Lobby and up the steps had an awful smell. Room was clean, check in was easy. Staff seemed friendly. Bed and pillows... lots of room for improvement, matress was like a board , pillows well they need help . A/C needs help you would sweat til it kicked on then you would freeze. You get what you pay for, ee just needed a place to sleep and shower so was ok.

Hotel was clean. Beds were hard. Pillows were useless. Gave no support and flattened as soon as you laid on them. Hallways smelled. Old smoke (of many varieties) & too many air fresheners plugged in. Staff was polite and helpful. Did have to go ask for toilet paper as there were no extra rolls in the bathroom. Definitely a somewhat sketchy area/hotel. Lots of vehicles in & out that weren't hotel guests, if you know what I mean...

I actually checked out as soon as I checked in. Hotel had trash and construction debris outside the entrances. The hallway and rooms smelled musty blended with chemicals. As a solo female traveller I was uncomfortable so I requested a refund and checked out.

When first arrived. The toilet in the bathroom was loose and the room that they assigned us. So then I had to go back down to the front desk and to request a new room so that we will have a working toilet. I also talked with the front desk manager about possibly only staying one day. She said that'll be fine. I would just need to check out in the morning and then they would refund me my money for the second day. It has been 2 weeks almost and I'm still trying to get my refund. The staff at the desk has been very rude and strangely every time I call the manager is not there.

When I first called to confirm my reservation, they told me they did not have me on file (I had two rooms!) and they were booked solid; eventually the found my reservation. The place initially looks clean, but it was not. Our feet and socks were gross from walking around our rooms without shoes on. Each room did not have a shower curtain in it, I asked the front desk for one, he told me I needed to wait until room service came in, and the shower curtains were never brought to either room. Breakfast in the morning was nothing more than coffee, yogurt, and a waffle maker. I would not stay here again.
