"Tiny aunts crawling on the nightstand. Room was supposed to be “accessible” but only the bathroom was. Would not recommend this room type if you use a wheel chair or walker. Bed was super comfortable, had to fix my own tv (it was wired wrong and wasn’t getting a signal). Front desk didn’t seem to want to be bothered by it. Pretty quiet for the most part except the people next door. For some reason they gave me an adjoining room. People across the hall smoking pot. I have no issues with that, but, it’s a “smoke free” hotel"

"Room was clean, but the floor was busted up. The heat wasn’t on so we came into a room that was 62. The security lock was misaligned and did not work. "

"The room was really clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, we had everything we needed and it is located in a really cool area- I was hesitant about not staying in Lake Geneva, however, I actually thing this area is even better- a chill lake vibe with a great cafe, adorable little bar and ice cream shop that you can walk to. There is a public beach right across the street and an amazing marina right in the backyard. The bar and restaurant look great too. "
