"The room was adequate but not outstanding. The bathroom was like a closet. To wash your hands and brush your teeth, you had to walk across the entryway. The breakfast was okay, but the person assigned to the breakfast area was grumpy and unfriendly. We didn't feel exactly welcome."

"It was just OK. Hotel needs updating. 2 elevators -- only one worked. Lots of waiting time at elevator. Very disappointing that they didn't keep the complimentary coffee and tea out all day like almost every single other hotel. Kitchen staff not the nicest. The breakfast was ok, except the fake eggs and the gross sausage patties."

"had an overall decent stay at the property. The room, bed, and washroom were clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. However, there were a couple of issues. The heater in the bedroom was not working, which made the room uncomfortable. Also, the balcony door/window was difficult to slide and did not open easily. Another point I would like to mention is the check-in and check-out timing. The check-in time is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, which feels quite limited for the price being charged. It would be better if the hotel could consider extending these timings to provide more value to guests. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience better. Overall, a good stay, but a few improvements would make it much better."

"Booked the trip months in advance, paying almost $200 a night. Then the trip came and my step dad found rates at only $100 a night on their website. The room was clean and nice for 2 queen beds, my only complaint about the room was that there was NO microwave. We later found a community one behind the check-in desk at the lobby. It was just very inconvenient since we needed it at least twice a day. Plus, the pool and hot tub were in a completely different building, across the parking lot. But the staff was nice. The hot tub was fairly clean and the beds were comfortable. Being a Spa, I thought that we would get massages or maybe facials. A 1 hour massage was $175. Way too expensive for me. We would have been better off going to a nice hotel vs the fancy spa."
