"The place is very quaint but a bit tight for our group. For example, you could not open the basement door and the back door at the same time. This made unpacking and reloading a challenge. The downstairs "lounge" was somewhat finished with painted walls floor and overhead. Very low ceilings down there as well. My 6'4" husband banged his head more than a few times. Not sure the basement bath and bedroom addition would considered code as there was no egress from the basement. But our stay was...

"I stayed there to celebrate Christmas and one of my kid's birthdays. I raised my kids in this area and they still live there so we knew the area well. It was a very nice time. The only thing I personally would change is that the mattresses are too firm. I have hip problems and I wasnt able to sleep. Two of my kids went home to sleep the second night because of the mattresses but one of my children loved the firm mattress. It would be nice if there was an option for a softer mattress on at least...

"After driving for 3 1/2 hours with my husband and three kids we arrived at 10:30 at night and the house smelled awful and was disgusting. They claimed that it had been cleaned but it wasn’t. Hair all over with bugs also. We had to find another place to stay at 10:30. These people do not respond and I have been working on getting a refund for over three weeks now.
