"The hotel was very clean and the staff was the nicest that I have ever encountered at a hotel stay. The staff seemed happy to work there. We were given a cookie when we arrived. The restaurant that is closest to the hotel in walking distance (there are 3 that are very close) had wonderful BQ. We would stay here again if ever in the area. "

"Laikyns Lodge is an amazing home on a beautiful sprawling property. It is a beautiful, huge log home with quality everywhere. Amazing indoor and outdoor spaces. The warm indoor pool kept 5 kids (and their parents) busy. The walk from the pool to the outdoor hot tub was cold but well worth it. On clear nights, the fire pit is a great gathering spot. "Direction to place was not good were actually off a good bit. The road to the cabins is so rough you need a good 4 wheel drive vehicle to get through them we do not recommend cars. In the beds were very rough to sleep on. Other than that a good clean place very remote in the hot tubs are very nice."

"We only stayed one night but it worked great to be close by to Hocking Hills and where we wanted to hike the next day. Kids enjoyed the hot tub. Property was what we expected. Easy to make a couple meals while we were there and everyone was pretty comfy in the two separate rooms. Only complaint was that the heater was a little noisy/rattly. Thanks!"

"Beautiful, fully appointed cabin. My family and i had a great time playing games, sitting by the fire, hiking and soaking in the hot tub. My dog had her first family vacation. It was great to play with her in the fenced backyard. Highly recommend!"

"Cabin itself is lovely. Saw some people complain about cleanliness but do not know where that came from. Property is very well maintained. Only two minor issues is that the owner could invest in slightly better wifi. Was able to get the little bit of work I needed to do done but it’s very slow. Also needs to buy new pillows for the beds. They were so flat, feel like they haven’t been changed out in a couple of years."
