The property was very clean and easy to walk to the downtown area. Shaun the owner was quickly available for any questions. Would highly recommend this property for a relaxing stay.
What a great place!! Everything was clean, updated and quality! The King room was more like a small apartment!
There are great restaurants within walking distance ands lots to do in the surrounding area! I will definitely recommend this place and we’re sure to stay again!!
Absolutely loved this place. It was very clean. Had a nice little coffee bar and a guest supplies closet. This is a staffless hotel. Which was not bad at all. I would come back and stay again.
We booked this hotel last minute and could not have been happier! I think this was the cleanest and quietest property we have ever stayed at. Check-in was easy and we were provided a code to get in the front door and into our room. We only stayed one night and I wished we had been able to stay longer. Logan is a cute little town and we enjoyed walking around and going into the little businesses. We would definitely consider staying here again if we are ever in the area.
Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Nice town. The only thing we didn’t like was the lack of staffing.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and good for our stay. I would suggest more lighting in the rooms. The owner was welcoming and friendly. Although located very near the street, the cinder block construction, made it quiet and peaceful.
Clean room, staff less concept. Stayed in twin room. 2queen beds, small fridge, and shower. There was a guest supply closet with additional toiletries and coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in common area. Was low on hot chocolate and asked, fixed within the hour! I will stay here again when I come back to visit Hocking Hills.
This property was very cute. Loved the coffee nook that was available. Room was nice and clean. My biggest complaint was that it was freezing in there. From the moment we walked in the front door and walking down the hallway to our room. Our room was freezing as well. It took a good half hour for me to be able to take my coat off after I turned on our heat in our room. Our bathroom never really did get warm. Only other complaint is the dust/dirt on the Keurig. I wish there had been wipes of some sort to wipe it off. Other then that this was a nice lil place.
Very clean, modern, quiet, pleasant, super comfortable bed. I could tell they thought of every detail, from how the towels were folded, to the coffee bar in the lobby, to the huge bowl of complimentary Halloween candy in the seating area, and especially the QR code on the room door that linked to a video of someone literally opening that exact door using the digital keypad! Outstanding hidden gem in Logan, Ohio. Coming back again is a no-brainer. Well-done!!
Great room, and lobby was clean and nicely decorated. We stayed in room #1, so I was worried about the foot traffic; however I heard minimal noise of the other guests.
I liked it was staff-less. The owner responded to all our questions right away. The room was beautiful and a very comfortable bed! The local restaurant 58West had homemade wine and beer, the steaks were great and the $$$ was perfect. Good breakfast at the Hocking Hills Diner. Many other food options you can walk to.
In the heart of Logan. The hotel is staffless, but provides clear instructions. The rooms and building feel secure and there is a coffee machine in the lobby. The room was a little dimly lit for provides all necessities for a traveler on a budget. One surprise was that the provided shampoo and conditioner were really nice (at least for my hair). The one disadvantage of the staffless model is that other guests can be loud.
This is a hotel without staff - you receive a code via text and check yourself in. It’s actually really nice, and convenient. Everything went super smooth.
My phone took a crap about 12 hours before our departure for this hotel, and management was helpful in transitioning the info to my spouses phone. Lots of options for coffee an anything you would want, however a microwave in the room would be nice, as there was no option we found to re heat leftovers we brought back to our room. Very up todate and industrial.
Everything was in good shape. The part that was a bummer was the constant heat and no way to adjust. My wife basically got no sleep due to the heat just blasting. Looked for a thermostat but there was none to be found.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Got to my first room and it was covered in someone elses hair and had dirt and stains underneath the main comforter. Was accommodated for that by being placed in a different room which was even dirtier than the first. This all happened within an hour of being in the actual room after we came back from getting dinner
There needs to be a fixed handrail in the shower. There is virtually nothing to hold onto except the faucet, shower head, and tubes of soap. Nothing that can hold a person up. Even the shower curtain tube is just a pressure bar held up by plastic cups. Such a liability.
Access to instructions on the heating unit, the mirror would be helpful; in the welcome guide would suffice.
The bathroom fan is SOOOO noisey. A 727 would make less noise. Use a separate switch for the fan.
