We were in the area for a wedding, so it was a great location. Close to all the trails and cabins. It was different not having staff onsite, but the folks online were very helpful and quick to answer questions. Great place to stay and within walking distance to restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

The location is great, right in Historic Downtown Logan. It felt like a boutique hotel! The parking was easy, restaurants within walking distance, very clean with a lot of nice amenities. A little more light by the bathroom mirror and an extra bedside table would be nice, but the Mullberry was perfect for us!

Loved this hotel - has no front desk/staff on-site but they are just a phone call away! Check in was super easy and the code system for the front door/room was flawless. Bed was super comfy, bathroom was perfect and everything was amazingly clean! Definitely loved the coffee bar! Within walking distance of several restaurants and easy on/off highway headed to OU (25 min drive). Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

I liked the decor of The Mulberry. Cute hotel. The room smelled musty and the bathroom had poor ventilation and smelled mildewy. Good customer service, responsive to requests when item was requested. Enjoyed the coffee bar in the morning.

Smooth experience even though no lobby or on site help. Great coffee bar and guest closet if you forgot something. Unfortunately ice maker was not working. Very simple and clean room but shower curtain needed replaced.

The property and room was exceptionally clean. Never stayed in a “staffless” hotel before but it worked out fine. Only issue was you could hear the tv in the other room. Other than that, it was great.

Unique decorating, comfortable bed. Odd layout of room with bathroom sink outside of bathroom. Shower easy access but needs grab bars in shower for safety. Great location for easy access to downtown and event at fairgrounds.

We stayed in the room with a king bed. I love the concept of this staffless hotel. Instructions for accessing the room were easy and the room was very clean. The closet of toiletries was fantastic even though we didn't end up needing anything. Room has a mini fridge, perfect for leftovers or drinks. The bed was extremely soft and clean, both hubby and I slept great. Shower was nice as well!

I was super impressed with this property. It was exceptionally clean, new and decorated so stylish! The location was perfect for a visit to see my son at Ohio University. Close to everything and very safe. I will definitely be back to stay when I visit Athens.

We stayed the weekend while visiting Hocking Hills. It was just right for 2 people. The room was clean and the supply closet was stocked. I had never stayed in a staff-less hotel but it pleasant. We walked to dinner both nights and visited the local pub to end the nights and felt safe walking back. I would recommend and stay again. My only critique would be that the bathroom fan was very loud.

There was no front desk personnel so one could worry but no need to. The security in access was good without making it difficult. Also access to supplies was easier than a normal hotel as you did not have to track down maid. You just to the well supplied room.

Room was clean, comfortable beds. Liked the access to extra towels, but needs a designated area to place soiled towels. We stayed during the renovation and some of the workers were overly noisy, cheering and yelling early. This coupled with road work (road work not under hotel’s control), woke us up. We had no issues with ice, but when the hotel is full, I bet the ice capacity is too low. Overall a good stay, except for overly loud renovation crew.

What a great place!! Everything was clean, updated and quality! The King room was more like a small apartment! There are great restaurants within walking distance ands lots to do in the surrounding area! I will definitely recommend this place and we’re sure to stay again!!
