"This is an older motel but well maintained and very comfortable. We could literally step out onto the beach from our room. Walking into town for meals was a treat and less than a mile. I loved it so much I just made another reservation."

A small older motel. Like many beach motels it shows wear but it was clean and well stocked. The owners were very responsive. "

"The property was just over the dunes from the beach…exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, comfortable, and a perfect space for the 3 of us. If we were going to Rockaway Beach again, I would try to rent this same property."

"This home was very comfortable for 13 adults and 4 kids under 5 years old. Another bathroom would have been nice, but... The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware. The best kitchen we've ever had. Only needed a small saucepan. A few issues, the ice maker and water on the fridge didn't work and the master bathroom light annoyingly flickers.I hear the grill was difficult. Cleaning wise, it could have been searched better for former guests belongings (toothpaste tubes, clothing) but was overall pretty clean. With all that said, we would rent it again in a heartbeat and hope we can!"
