"Very friendly staff and free convenient shuttle buses to Orlando theme parks. If you forget to pick up a souvenir at the theme park, they have an Orlando Studios store inside the hotel with some of the same souvenirs."

"The the property is nice . Staff was amazing.The rooms were excellent.We stayed on the 14 floor the view from the window was gorgeous. There was no free breakfast included, which was kind of sad. But they did have a lot of places where you could have breakfast and lunch. Everything's was in walking distance so that was nice . Will be staying there again "

"I have a respiratory disease called sarcoid and the room was dusty. I couldn't sleep for coughing and sneezing. I was up all night other than that everything was lovely."

"The breakfast had a wide variety of breakfast foods. The staff were very, very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The bed’s was comfortable, and the pillow is wonderful."

They did a great job of helping me navigate the menu. I would say that my husband was slightly disappointed in how long his food had been sitting before he got to eat it.
