"I would’ve given a 5 star across the board but whoever the guy was working the front desk Saturday July 18th during my checkout at 2pm was HORRIBLE at customer service! How he got a customer service job is BEYOND ME! He literally made me never want to come back. It was THE MOST UNPLEASANT. I told him he needs to learn how to smile, his reply “I’m working on it”. Move him to back office or you will lose money!!!!"

"Great host, communication great, location 20 minutes from stadium, 20 minutes from Newark Airport. Train nearby, no problem getting around for world cup. The place is clean. I will use again if we come back this way."

"Loved the place, very quiet and comfortable. We traveled with our adult son and there was plenty of space for the 3 of us. Some minor issues was the water temperature in both of the showers. It was very hard to turn down the hot water, that happened on our last two days. If the master bedroom could have a small dresser or plastic drawers it would be amazing, the closet has plenty of space for it. Lastly, parking is challenging for guests. Other than those issues our stay was great!"

"I stayed here for about three weeks and felt right at home. The place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. "Private, quiet and convenient. The gym underneath is was not as bad as the reviews say. You hear th occasional barbells hitting the floor but those are for the big boys so late at night was rare. They had some event going on where there was loud bass music. I sleep with my sound machine and slept like a baby"
