"The room was very clean and the staff very helpful. The restaurant was fine. Breakfast was basic. No snacks available. No amenities near this hotel. No restaurants or stores. Without a car you are totally reliant on the hotel’s restaurant."

"We stayed for 3 nights and found the rooms quite small. The carpets were old and dirty, though manageable if you bring slippers or indoor shoes. The biggest issue was communication. Before arrival, I contacted the hotel multiple times to confirm airport shuttle service. They initially replied with the cost (300 MAD for a 35–40 minute ride) and required payment in cash dirham. Since MAD is a closed currency, I couldn’t get it in Canada and had to exchange money at the airport at a poor rate just to pay the driver. What made it stressful was that the hotel never clearly confirmed whether a driver would actually come or who to expect. Since our flight landed late and we left the airport around 10:30 PM, the uncertainty was frustrating. A driver did eventually contact us on WhatsApp and pick us up, but the lack of clear communication made the experience unnecessarily stressful."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. One more thing I have to mention is that the food we ordered in the evening was marvelous."

"The room was clean and had a very nice layout. The pool and pool area were clean and well-kept. The hotel had a convenient location. I visited the spa for a just massage and the massage was very overpriced. Be aware that draping (i.e., covering areas of the body not being massaged with a towel/sheet) is not a done at this spa which makes for a chilly experience. I would stay at this hotel again but I would skip the massage."
