"The hotel was fantastic. It was situated in the perfect position for us, as it was very close to the train station and we spent a lot of time visiting other cities via the trains. The staff were very attentive and friendly and very helpful whenever we had any questions. They gave us a Basel card on arrival to grant us free inner-city transport and 50% discount on museums, which was a great help. The room was always kept very clean and we were very warm and comfortable there. Cannot fault our stay here, it was perfect."

"Perfect! Basel is absolutely perfect for a weekend trip. The hotel was positioned just over the road from the main train station, bus from the airport arrives and departs in the same area. Basel card is included with stay so public transport is free! Also easily walkable to main areas. Checkin easy. We used the adjoining hotel reception as we had a late flight but this was no issue and there’s an option to check in electronically. Luggage store room. Room basic but clean and had everything we needed. "
