"If you want a true Italian family experience then a stay at BnB La Mortella is the answer. We considered staying in Paestum to be close to the great temples but knowing that La Mortella was only 20 minutes away convinced us to try something different during our Italia tour. "Was a place to sleep, would’ve been better if the pool was heated as we went in off season but still had activities and was a great place to move along the Amalfi coast from!"

"Room was disappointing, facilities need a facelift/renos, but clean. They charge for (small) water bottles, and 5 euros each for a pool towel, to use their rather disappointing pool - ridiculous, as these are usual inclusions at any other reputable hotel. Mini fridge is not cold. Grounds are beautiful and peaceful and area is walkable and close to attractions. "

"We arrived early at the hotel and we're allowed to park at the hotel while we walked to the ancient Greek Temples which were an easy walk from the hotel. The hotel had beautiful grounds and a nice swimming pool. The room was nice and clean, but simple. We atedinner and it was delicious, as was the morning breakfast. All in all a great stay and we would do it again. If you are going to see the Temples, it is worth a stay. "
