"We love staying at the Spirit Ridge for its beautiful views, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Love the wineries and the restaurant on site. Our last stay was mid April 2026, and it wasn’t great unfortunately due to some junior sports championships happening in the town of Osoyoos. The pool was filled with loud 10-12 year olds who kept playing ball, screaming at the top of their lungs, and running around. We weren’t able to enjoy the pool or the hot tub with our little child. Kept getting splashed and hit by the ball. Eventually I’ve had to call the management who showed up right away and asked the kids to put the ball away. Bottom line, they’ve restarted soon as the manager left. The frustrating part is that it took a phone complaint for them to show up, and I wasn’t interested in continuing to call them. I wish I knew that a large crowd of kids was staying at the hotel that weekend, I’d chose to stay elsewhere. My advise is to check ahead of time for the local events in town before you head there."

"Lake view rooms are well worth the price. Absolutely loved it, the smoke free atmosphere, and views are amazing. Staff is super friendly. The property is a bit dated and could use some room upgrades and deep cleaning. "

"I was in town to say goodbye to a long time friend. I found the hotel to be dirty from the entrance to the room. I took many photos of how dirty my room was. The bed was on the floor (no legs) the skirt for the bed was hanging on the floor and mine was clearly filthy. Dirty handprints in numerous places on the walls. Bedside lamps covered in smudges and dirty finger prints . The hallways leading to the rooms were clearly in need of a vacuum. For the price we paid I was very very disappointed."

"This was an excellent hotel! The room was of the quality that made me feel like I was in a much more expensive property. All new and clean from luxurious bedding to quality bathroom fixtures. Tons of shopping and restaurants very close to walk to. I would definitely stay again on business or pleasure!"
