"Welcoming staff with large, well stocked condo-style rooms. We had a small hiccup in our room that was remedied immediately by the maintenance staff. The hotel is pet-friendly which was our primary draw; however we ran into numerous guests with the unleashed dogs in the common areas. When we notified staff, no one seemed to care, despite the waiver guests with pets have to sign acknowledging keeping your pets leashed at all times. Not sure what it’s for if they’re not going to enforce it."

"Rarely is a vacation rental better in person than the listing photos. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. The outdoor space was amazing and so relaxing. Host very quick to respond. The welcome goodies are above and beyond. We plan to come back here in the future for sure."

"This was our second stay at the Crowsnest and we would definitely visit again. The rooms are cute and clean and it’s a bonus that breakfast is included. The smell of the homemade sourdough, cinnamon rolls, puff pastries and cupcakes made it even better! They even did a gluten free chocolate muffin which we couldn’t resist. The restaurant food was amazing and the staff informative and friendly. We will be back!"
