"Our room was above their nightclub…had I known that this was the location of the room I would have cancelled and demanded a refund. We had no sleep (with an 8 year old who played hockey at 8am each morning)..because the Nightclub was booming music. Not a great location if you intend on traveling with kids, or need a decent night sleep. "

We booked watermark and asked for an early check in. We were told twice it shouldn’t be a big deal as it’s still slow season. We showed up at 3 and were told the room wasn’t ready but they will get right on it. We left and picked up MIL and came back about an hour later and it still wasn’t ready.
