"The check-in process was exceptionally seamless, swift, and the communication between us was impeccable. The cottage was immaculate throughout, with no trace of dirt or grime. It was the most spotless property I have ever encountered. The parking lot was also immaculate and conveniently located near the entrance. The kitchen was exceptionally clean and well-appointed. The decor was charming and inviting. The mattress was comfortable , and the shower was very clean and relaxing shower head. The check in was very easy, fast and the communication between us was excellent. The cottage was spotless everywhere Never saw a place so cleaned. The parking lot was also clean and very close to the door. Fool kitchen was very nice and clean. The decor was very cute and comfy. Great mattress and a very good shower. My sole disappointment was that I was unable to view the beach or access the sand from the back of the cottage due to the absence of an exit. The cottage offers a street view, but unfortunately, it does not provide an ocean view or partial ocean view. No pool :-("

"The house with pool and hot tub was amazing. The house is clean, beds comfortable and had everything we needed. We spent most of the time in the pool and hot tub. The beach is very close and walkable,with beautiful shells to collect. There are tons of excellent places to eat. The location was great. The hosts were responsive and provided clear communication. Best trip we have had in a long time!"

"We loved our stay at Sunny Lane Beach House! Excellent location with easy access to the beach. The beds are super-comfortable! Love all the amenities inside and outside the house (the foosball, darts, Roku TV, putting surface, corn hole, and our personal favorite, the arcade machine!). The hosts thought of many little things that often get overlooked in order to make our stay comfortable and convenient. The home was immaculate and the decor was very welcoming! We also were very appreciative of the hosts leaving plenty of beach towels and beach toys/equipment to use! (Especially the boogie boards and the pull wagon to haul beach supplies in!) The only caution is to be very careful while crossing the main road to the beach. If you have little ones, be careful because it's easy to misjudge oncoming cars from both directions - unfortunately some cars go above the speed limit through that area. We made good use of the short 3 mile drive to the Publix grocery store, pizza place, etc. Then just another short 3 miles to Ron Jon's, which is a very cool place to visit and shop! The hosts were easy to reach, responded quickly, and were very accommodating! Wish our stay was longer, but what little time we did have was a blast! WE would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing time at the beach, while enjoying a comfortable place to stay, chill, play games and create memories!"

"We loved this rental property! It was perfect for our family vacation (my parents, husband, our 8 year old daughter and I). We loved the tiki hut and pool area and spent a lot of time out there! The inside of the house was beautifully decorated and very spacious. We were lucky enough to see a rocket launch from the beach nearby the house-there was a great view!"
