"We loved everything about our stay! Everything was so clean and nice. I texted them to ask a question and they answered promptly and efficiently. Perfect location on the Banana River yet the beach is across the street. We were excited about the paddle boards and we took them out and we were out on the water for hours! This time it was just me and my significant other celebrating our anniversary and it was just perfect! Next time we plan to come back with our girls! We live about a hour away so just perfect! Thank you so much!! We can’t wait for the next visit!! 🤗"

"The Property was not bad but the communication with the host was impossible, we booked the stay for 2 night and left after one night. We tried to contact the number provided in the folder, inside of the room and no one responded. I called Expedia and they were not able to help me either, if you are hosting at your property, you are expected to answer your phone or respond in any way possible, we were completely ignored, I have all the proof about txt, email and phone call that I made with no response. Very disappointed. "

"Great unobstructed ocean view and access. The beach is private and quiet. The house is kept beautifully and the kitchen fully stocked and with high end appliances. All the little areas, like pool, hammocks, outdoor bar, fire pit patio, green egg smoker and main deck was like having our own little island.Beach “toys” and towels provided.The host was always responsive and even offered to have board games delivered on the rainy days.It’s a great choice and we’d love to go back again."

"the listing looks like the dock is private when in fact it's shared with the other units which was unclear. The bbq area as well as the porch of our unit either didn't have seating or only 1 chair so it was hard to enjoy the outdoor area. The unit was clean but had a very heavy odor of something when we arrived and bedroom blinds don't offer much privacy and curtain rods are falling out. Lack of a kitchen table was also odd. the unit served it's purpose but would not rebook if we returned. "

"I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The entire property has a strong, unpleasant old/musty smell that hits you as soon as you walk in and lingers throughout the rooms. It gives the impression that the building is outdated and not properly maintained. The room itself felt old and worn, with noticeable odors that made it uncomfortable to relax or sleep. Cleanliness was also a major issue — I encountered roaches on the floor, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially at this price point. Customer service did not help improve the situation. Management was inflexible and unwilling to accommodate even a reasonable request for a later check-out, despite the issues with the room. There was no sense of urgency or care in addressing concerns. Overall, the experience did not match the cost at all. This hotel is significantly overpriced for the condition, cleanliness, and level of service provided. I expected much better. Due to the conditions and lack of resolution, I am requesting a refund. I would not recommend staying here."

"We booked this place based on all the raving reviews and looked like a nice place to stay for our families spring break trip. Check in was typical. Upon entering the room however we were disappointed. The room was smaller than expected but doable. But the smell and overall cleanliness of the room was horrid. Whatever cleaner they use has an overwhelming scent that made the room smell like a floral scented garbage bag. There was dust on everything, walls, ceiling fan blades, trim, art work, bed frames, everything. Then there is the grim around every door handle/ door frames, light switches, anywhere that is touched regularly by guests. Possible urine stains on the wall next to the toilet. There was a lot of maintenance things as well, bathroom vanity is rotting, old drywall repairs that haven’t been painted, cabinet doors crooked or missing, kitchen sink faucet couldn’t be turned from the position it was in, rust on most metal surfaces, there was a back deck that we didn’t use other than for drying towels and swim suits because of uneven boards and exposed screw heads. The floor was also disgusting. Walk around any amount of time in your bare feet and they were almost black on the bottoms from the floor. Beach was quite and not too busy. Beach chairs need a good pressure washing. Some of the supplied beach item were in rough shape. We still had a good time and made do. If cleaned and maintained better this place would be really nice and we would give it a better rating. "
