"Booked a standard room for 2 adults & 2 teens. Next time will book a larger room. The pool area was more than expected as well as the outdoor bar, game area & on Saturday night they had a DJ which was fun! The staff was amazing. We will definitely book again. "

"Great location for the air show! Love the Tiki envoronment. Very few restruants within walking distance. Brunch was ok. But the cooked-fresh menu was SO much better. 2 specific items of note: * You pay for the Gelato before getting it. A VERY simple sign above the gelato would save a LOT of aggrevation. There was an "over-served" customer that had heated words with the staff. Once a manager got involved, the staff were giggling/Laughing about the customer. BAD LOOK. * The kitchen stuff is behind the bathroom sliding door. If you are a solo-traveler such as me, it is IMPOSSIBLE to see it."

The house was spotless upon arrival and has a beautiful, modern design that made us feel right at home.The location couldn’t be better—it’s just a short, easy walk to the beach and situated perfectly near some great local restaurants. An added bonus was the excellent parking; we never had to worry about finding a spot, which made our trips out even more stress-free.If you’re looking for a clean, stylish, and convenient place to stay, this is it. "The unit was very clean and perfect for our 6-person group. The provided beach chairs and umbrella were great to have and enhanced our experience. The pool area was nice and the beach was great (except for the seaweed that had been stirred up by storm - completely outside of anyone's control).The Spanish Main itself is a bit on the older side, but definitely functional (and I overheard workers talking about planned improvements). The location is great and walkable to a lot of restaurants, bars and conveniences."

"We had an incredible stay in Cocoa Beach—this location truly made the trip unforgettable. One of the highlights was being able to watch a shuttle launch right from the beach…such a surreal and memorable experience!The home was perfectly situated—just a short, easy walk to the beach, which we took advantage of daily. We also loved exploring the nearby park along the Banana River, where we saw manatees and dolphins up close—such a special bonus we didn’t expect.Another major perk was how walkable everything was. Our favorite spot ended up being 4th Street Fillin Station, just a 5-minute walk away. The food was fantastic, they had tons of gluten-free options, and the cocktails were excellent—highly recommend!The house itself was beautiful and incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the open floor plan that flows right out to the gorgeous pool area—it made everything feel so spacious and relaxing. The pool area was awesome, and our kids had a blast in the game room!The hosts truly thought of everything—you could tell they went above and beyond to make sure guests have everything they need and more.Between the amazing location, wildlife sightings, and great nearby dining, this was one of our favorite trips. We would absolutely come back again!"
