As the property borders the beautiful Nantahala National Forest, bugs and wildlife sightings are common! e We suggest keeping the doors (cabin and cars) locked and food inside. Never feed the wildlife. Also, please be mindful of the poison oak that can be found within the area.

Our guests' health, safety, and well-being are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★GREEN/ORGANIC LIVING★
To preserve these stunning surroundings so future generations may enjoy these breathtaking views, we promote a green way of life by buying natural organic products. If you have any allergies or sensitivities to harsh cleaning chemicals, you can rest assured that you won't find any of those here.

★NO SHOES IN THE CABIN★
ATVs, dirt bikes, and rally cars can offer the experience of a lifetime. While we encourage you to get dirty and partake in these adrenaline-packed activities, we kindly ask you to respect our home by leaving the shoes outside and keeping it cozy and clean.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

★NO SMOKING INSIDE★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★NO PARTIES/EVENTS★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
