Top Robbins Hotel Reviews

L7 Chicago by LOTTE

10/10 Excellent

"Have stayed at this hotel several times and always am very happy with staff and accommodations. It’s my favorite hotel in Chicago and I’ve stayed in many over the years. Maura (?) at front desk was helpful, professional and friendly. The cheerful concierge, Antonio, always is a pleasure and very helpful. Love the coffee in the lobby! Housekeeping does an exemplary job. Rooms here always are kept up, appearing newly furnished and extremely clean. I would prefer a larger fridge but rooms generally are nicely outfitted. I very much appreciate the attention to environmental issues, like bathroom cold water being filtered and drinkable. Location is great for me - not far from the Art Institute and a short taxi ride to the Lyric Opera. Sent from my iPhone"

Hotel Saint Clair- Magnificent Mile

8/10 Good

"It’s an older, smaller historic building and the staff do a good job of maintaining what they can- some stuff will never be new. 2 very small elevators and one was down during our stay which was a challenge on the 16th floor so recommend a lower floor if that happens again. The location is right off Michigan Ave and compared to Hiltons and Marriotts I have stayed at within a few blocks you can’t beat the price for this one. It is right by the hospital so true to downtown Chicago, will have lots of ambulance and traffic noise no matter the time of night."
