"Very pleasant stay. The hotel has everything, including own onsen that we used every day after skiing. Amazing staff. Very friendly. Shuttle bus to and from skiing is limited hours but very efficient. Hard to get to shops or restaurants if you don’t have a car, but there were a few restaurants offering pick up so it worked well. The hotel, as well has a very nice restaurant. Hotel helped with ski rental too which was amazing."
"This hotel was super convenient. Ski-in, ski-out. Onsite ski rental with storage locker. Nice onsen. Great restaurants - the buffet was amazing with lots of variety and delicious choices. Room was clean. Would definitely stay here again. "
"Excellent ski-in/ski-out luxury stay
MUWA Niseko offers a refined alpine experience with true ski-in/ski-out access, making skiing effortless and enjoyable. The spacious, well-designed rooms, thoughtful amenities, and fully equipped kitchens are ideal for comfort and longer stays. Service is professional and attentive, with an efficient ski valet and storage system. The onsen and wellness facilities provide the perfect way to unwind after skiing. A modern luxury ski hotel we would happily return to."
"The lodges are stylishly decorated. It feels like a cozy log cabin with a creative, artistic edge. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The on-site Izakaya restaurant is comfortable, tasty, and a great way to lounge with friends, shielded from snow, after a long day of skiing or being out in the mountains."
"We loved this place so much! We’ll definitely come back here the next time we visit Niseko. It’s not a huge resort-style hotel, but the staff are incredibly kind and polite. Our room was very spacious and clean, with a beautiful traditional Japanese-style area. We loved the hot tea provided in the room and were able to relax completely.
The hot spring facilities, including the outdoor bath and the sauna, were absolutely amazing and honestly left us speechless!
There is a convenient bus that runs around the Niseko area, and this hotel is the last stop on the route. Thanks to that, we were able to visit several different mountains easily and still get back to the hotel without any trouble. This was especially helpful during our stay because there wasn’t much snow and some chairlifts were not operating, so it wasn’t easy to access other areas on the slopes."
