Como es posible que me hayan cobrado el total sin poder usar el hotel ya que mi vuelo quedó cancelado y no pude llegar tanto los del hoteles.com como los del hotel de Ryad Soy un cliente que al menos les rento 30 noches al año y dicen que soy gold y esos beneficios los de hiéreles se portaron muy groseros
