The worst experience ever, the sink was broken, the carpet is very old, the vents are full of dust and probably molds too. My first room was without a window and although the management upgraded my stay to a bigger room with a window, it was not up to the standards, this was very disappointing. i think this entire hotel needs renovation from the ground up.

A challenge to find, but worth it

This was a fine hotel. The only problem that I experienced, and it was a challenge---was to find it. I took an Über fein the Airport and my driver couldn't find it. We stopped at the wrong hotel, based on the Google directions which actually took us to a different hotel in the same point that Google maps led us. This is to be expected, as the country is just opening up and patience is required. I loved the City, the people and the hotel, once I found it.

I liked it

The hotel is in good condition and very clean. Everything was as I would expect from a hotel, except the check-in staff member who didn't make me feel welcome at all. A tip: If you behave like the guest's arrival is annoying you, the guest will not feel welcome. Remember, the guest is the one who pays your salary. You should be happy to accomodate them. I liked the location of the hotel. A supermarket was right next to it. However, no proper restaurants were within walking distance.

1-للأسف لايوجد خدمة غرف وصلت مساء ولا يوجد إلا عامل واحد وعندما استفسرت عن عامل لحمل الحقائب أخبرني أنه لا يوجد سواه في المساء لذا لا يستطيع ترك الإستقبال 2- كتب يوجد مطعم وبوفيه (وهذا غير صحيح ) 3- في الغرفة المحاولة سكن عمالة هندية وقد ازعجنا ذلك حيث كانو يتركون الباب مفتوح واصواتهم عاليه وكذلك روائح البهارات والفلافل عند طهو طعامهم تملأ المكان
