"The resort is lovely, the building is well laid out, the amenities are great, the food is very good, and there is a wonderful breeze that flows through the lobby. All of this is wonderful and can be replicated in other resorts. But the thing that sets this resort apart is the staff! They are amazing and they care so much! Karen and Natali as concierges, Erik and Roberto assisting at the pool side and at the beach, the entertainment staff of Abigail, Perla, and Edwin were just wonderful. The serving staff at the restaurants were also top notch. Our daughter has celiac disease and an allergy to peanuts. This was noted and carefully catered to at every meal. Suggestions were made for alternatives and each menu had options for her. I would like to specifically recognize Manuel in El Patio, Jose, Teresita, and Bradley in Oceana. This was one of the best family vacations we have had! Thank you!"

"I had an amazing stay here، and honestly, it exceeded my expectations. The resort is beautifully maintained-clean, organized, and very well taken care of. The staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and always helpful, with fast and impressive service. The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are large. The restaurants offer a good variety, and we enjoyed most of what we tried. The 24-hour coffee shop was a highlight. The pools are clean, well-maintained, and never feel overcrowded. A special mention to the entertainment team—they were welcoming and added so much fun to our stay. We especially want to thank Jhonny, who taught us how to make bracelets, and we also enjoyed a painting session. There are plenty of activities to enjoy, including yoga, ceramics, dancing, and a fun foam party. The beach requires a short shuttle ride, but honestly, that turned out to be part of the charm. I didn’t expect to enjoy the ride as much as I did—it added a unique touch to the experience. The beach itself is in a great location, clean, and offers excellent service. The beach area is near local shops and a street full of stores, so we could easily go out, walk around, explore, and come back without going far. The resort and beach are also stunning for photos—every corner is beautiful. I want to emphasize again how exceptional all the staff were—their kindness and service truly went above and beyond."

"Second stay at this resort. First time was in 2013 and second time was in 2026. The property is unique because of its size and dedication to preserving the natural habitat that it is built on. There is never more than a 5 min wait for trolley car to take you wherever you want to go. À la carte’s are hit and miss. The buffet is a real good backup. No one in our party got sick. I do have a knock against the colonial pool as it is imo too deep. I’m 5’10” and I had to tippie toe through the pool. When I grab a drink, I want to be able to walk with it. White sands’ pool was at a decent height though. My other knock is the family selections upgrade. It wasn’t for us personally. The best value came from the 24 hr concierge which was amazing and went out her way to make sure our vacation was comfortable and our requests were always looked after. Outside of that, we didn’t find value in the upgrade. Keep in mind my kids are teenagers. All-in-all, the staff were so kind and polite and they really care about your experience. I would recommend this resort to families, especially ones that are visiting Mexico for the first time. *** unfortunately sargasm is real and very prevalent "
