"Monkeys were so fun to watch. Good snorkeling on site when the weather cooperates. Beach restaurant so nice at breakfast. Staff are great other than check in. "

"We just spent a week at the Grand Palladium Kantenah side and had an amazing time. From the moment we arrived, the property felt like a true tropical escape. The resort is huge, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by lush jungle, wildlife, and stunning coastline. Walking around the grounds you constantly see iguanas, agoutis, and tropical birds which made the whole place feel really unique compared to many resorts. The food was great. With so many restaurants to choose from, it never felt repetitive. The buffets were excellent too. The cocktails were also consistently good. We had the VIP package so ordering top shelf Tequila was an awesome addition. The staff really made the experience stand out. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and clearly working hard to make sure guests had a great stay. Service at the bars and restaurants was quick and attentive throughout the week. We will be back!"

"The room was not good. I upgraded to a priority swim out and the lock on the conjoined room was broken the screen on the sliding door was ripped the safe was broken. And the worst part was no bar service for the swim out and the closest bar was at the other end of the property so having the swim out room was not worth it if you're planning on drinking. The food was not that good and the only thing the minny bar had was soda and water. I would not go back and wouldn't recommend. For this being a Hyatt property for me it was disappointing as I have always had better from their property's and paying to be a priority member I was disappointed as I just did not get that. "

"Property was beautiful, but it is not walkable; the main restaurants, amenities, and pools were in the main lobby which was about a mile or more away from the building we were in. The property did have a shuttle and golf cart service that was available 24/7. My biggest complaint is after drinking Ice water using ice from the machine, I was riddled with Travelers Diarrhea. "
