"Everything was perfect!! We got to the resort, they had chocolate covered strawberries in our room, TWO full size bottles of alcohol that we had chose prior to checking in, a stocked mini fridge & the room was spotless. They cleaned our room TWO times a day & if I had anything laying around, they organized it. The room looked as if we were checking in all over again. A golf cart would pick us up from our room & take us to wherever we needed to go. The infinity pool was so relaxing as well, overlooking the ocean. We had our own personal butler who answered any questions that we had. All of the staff had the best attitude & happy to help! I saw staff scrubbing steps, scrubbing around the pool, someone was ALWAYS doing something.
Cons: we couldn’t walk the beach because of the seaweed but even when the seaweed is gone, I didn’t really see a way to actually walk it as it was mostly rock. You needed to make reservations for dinner in advance or else you couldn’t eat at specific restaurants. When you first get to the resort, they really try to sell a package that includes the golf cart pick up, the chic show, turn down service, cabanas at the pool & a free massage. It was like $350 extra. I think if you’re wanting to see the chic show & get a massage, it’s worth it but everything else is included. & as far as the cabanas, if you don’t get the package, you still have access to chairs/umbrellas.
Overall, I would stay at this resort again. I genuinely felt relaxed my whole stay!"
