"Cuando me quise registrar en la recepcion Edgar, el de recepcion, fue muy grosero y me dio una respuesta muy cerrada al momento de yo no tener una identificacion. Cuando yo tenia todos los comprovantes de ser la persona en ocupar la reservacion. Yo sabia que se arreglaria todo pero el me dijo que no podia hacer nada!!! Pues es el precio del hotel es para tratar a los habitantes con cortesia y el fue muy grosero y falta de etica profesional. Nunca se me pidio una disculpa ni de parte de el ni del supervisor. "

"It was really nice that they set up our room with a nice tray of fruit and a bottle of Brut Champagne 🍾 for being a vip guest. Then for my birthday 🎂 they set the room up with balloons, a bottle of wine, fruit tray, and meat & cheese tray, and made a heart shape on the floor with rose petals. They also left a bag for my birthday with a tee shirt, a small basket of Mexican candy, Riviera Maya refrigerator magnet, and a printed up birthday card with name on it. The Concierge Ali was very sweet and made sure everything was to our liking. We enjoyed all the wildlife especially seeing monkey. Pools were clean, and the grounds well maintained. Specialty Restaurants were good, but the buffet was lacking in food quality compared to other resorts we've been too. A bit displeased with the very gray looking sheets, and bathroom towels. Asked for a blanket for the bed and it had black marks on it as if someone used it to work on a car. I did take it up the front desk the next day to show them the dirty looking blanket we received and told them how dirty their sheets and towels looked. I also asked for a mattress pad for comfort. When we came back to the room later, it looked like they gave us new sheets & towels, along with putting on a mattress pad. Very please they replaced things. Only issue was they gave us a sheet when we called again for a blanket. Staff was nice, drinks were good, & the resort is very nice looking & well maintained. We did have an enjoyable stay at Kantenah."

"Breakfast there are only a few choices and items being made fresh are definitely the way to go. Helios is the spot to hit lunch or dinner. Room service food was excellent and easy to order. Chic Cabaret was a good time. Pool is always clean and nice with bars on either end. Butlers in the villas are very helpful with any room accommodations or reservations. "
