"I spent my time in the beautiful Caribbean Sea at the adult only area. There were plenty of lounge chairs and close enough to the poolside bar. In conversation with another fellow traveler, he mentioned the buffet at Siam Kaan, which was just amazing. The area is also adult only, the buffet is smaller, but the selection was superb."

To start, Eduardo & Alonso who took us to our room and helped us with our bags both checking in and checking out very quickly became friends we looked forward to seeing throughout the week. Lisandra with the butler service at our villa was so caring and kind and her smile brightened our days. Antonio (aka Silvertooth) with the bartending service was such a pleasure to interact with. Carlos was our server at El Gaucho and while the food itself was absolutely phenomenal there, Carlos made the experience that much more enjoyable; he seems to love his job and his customers immensely. Lastly, Enrique at the front desk made the check in process so smooth and got us excited to start our much needed vacation. All of these staff members are a phenomenal addition to the team here at TRS Yucatan. Thanks again for an amazing trip!"
