"I’m sitting here at my desk on a Tuesday morning drinking my burnt coffee dreaming of Secrets. I miss it so much already and it’s only been 3 days since we left. Secrets is outstanding. If you are looking for a luxury all inclusive this is the place. For example my fiancé was in the pool and one of the kind gentleman waiters asked if he could clean his sunglasses for him. That moment stood out as a true sign of how much they go over and above to make you feel welcome and comfortable and like you are truly on vacation barely having to lift a finger. The resort is big and easy to get lost but when you do get lost there is beauty and nature around every corner. We snorkeled with the turtles and swam in the ocean where they worked tirelessly to get rid of the seaweed. The food is top notch , the breakfast buffet is what dreams are made of. I could go on and on. Just book the trip I promise you won’t regret it. Special shout out to our concierge Fernando for taking such good care of us "

"We had a few minor hiccups but overall the ground staff were excellent. We did 2 out of 3 of our party experience some travellers flu symptoms on different days/nights so that was a little unfortunate but these things happen. The restaurants booked up very fast. We wanted a day to walk around look at the menus as we checked I. Late in day 1 but by the middle of day 2 the restaurants we wanted were all booked. However, the buffet is excellent so we have no complaints regarding the food. Pools were clean. Very relaxing holiday. Thank you to Derrick our concierge and the rest of the hotel for an overall excellent week at Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya we’ll be back!"
