⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Unique and Beautiful Boutique Hotel in Tulum! I had a wonderful stay at Calea Tulum Boutique Hotel. It’s a very unique boutique hotel with a peaceful, calming atmosphere that makes it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooftop swimming pool was a fantastic bonus, offering a great place to enjoy the surroundings and soak up the atmosphere. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Michelle and her husband were wonderful. Our room was very spacious and the hotel’s hand carved stone entrance and aesthetics are divine. Their tip on where to park made check in very easy. Breakfast was great value and served in the pretty garden at the rear of the property. The hotel is right on Avenida Cinco but Michelle gave us a local Mexican restaurant to try away from the tourist strip and it was excellent.

The sheets were really conducive to a great sleep! Rooms were spacious and excellence housekeeping. We had a look at breakfast and nothing was that worthy of eating. The location means you're forced to take taxis and the taxis will play their usual fee jacking up game. For reference, you can get a taxi from the street to Xplor for 100 mxn but you'll be left on the opp side of the street. In the hotel, it's at least 200. There's nothing around the hotel and you are limited to buying basics...

This property's standout feature is its location! Built directly on the ocean front, with endless white sand. Its so picturesque and serene. Wished we had more days to stay here. The balcony from the apartment looked directly out to the ocean.
